"Located opposite a pretty lake, nice for a walk, the hotel is good for leisure and business travellers. The rooms are large and well equipped. The shower was particularly nice and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very clean. Fortunately I was with my Chinese speaking partner otherwise check in may have been a longer process. The breakfast was also fine but more orientated to local audience - albeit there is bread, fruit, eggs. Coffee at breakfast is not so good."

"The room is really nice, very new, there's a nice deskt to use the laptop, it's a very good value for the money. The location is just ok, you need to walk 5~10 minutes to get to places, but it's fine. The view over the mountains is amazing."

"Hotel staffs are very friendly and always ready to answer any questions travellers have. location is a bit far from city if you don't have your own transport but there are buses from train station to the hotspring resort. Many hotspring pools to select and plenty of amenties at the hotel."

"I typically don't write reviews but the service was so good here during my stay that I'm making an exception. 1. The hotel staff picked us up at the train station upon our arrival, and also took us back there at the end of our stay, at no cost. 2. Every member of the staff has a great attitude, always smiling and ready to lend you a helping hand. 3. We didn't use them, though you can do your laundry (both washing machines and dryers are available). Detergent is free to use. 4. Breakfast is only worth it if included. 5. Rooms are clean and reasonably large. Two chairs are available even in the most basic rooms. 6. If you intend to travel outside the city, you can ask the front desk for recommendations, they'll put you in touch with a driver for hire. All in all, it's extremely good value for money. It's the first time I experienced such type of service when the hotel room is only 200RMB a night!"

"上午十一點多到達酒店，原本計劃酒店託管行李後就前往姑婆山景區。酒店前台工作人員熱情周到，主動告知我們可先查詢空房情況，若有空閑就可以提前辦理入住，省去了我們等候的麻煩。看到我們同行帶有小朋友，告訴我們定的房間沒有窗户，貼心地為我們升級成了視野開闊的山景房，還給了小童牙刷和入住伴手禮，也有歡迎水果和晚安牛奶，整體服務非常用心。 房間整體體驗十分舒適，酒店裝修也比較新，陽台泡池的放水速度很快，在房間就可以享受愜意時光，孩子玩得很開心。前往公共温泉區也十分便捷，出電梯即達，就在大堂旁側，餐廳則也在電梯旁邊，酒店整體佈局合理方便。全程接觸到的工作人員都熱情親和、耐心周到，整體入住體驗比較好。 這次我們沒有開車，前往姑婆山景區就要坐景區的接駁班車，還算方便，但是要注意末班車的時間。"

"I came here many times, this hotel is really amazing. Located in a huge park ( you can walk for free), big room with balcony and view on the park, nice breakfast (Chinese). No problem for parking if you have car, and only 2km from the highway to Guilin. Staff is helpful and friendly but don’t speak English."
