"Great location with walking distance to streets with famous Hainan Grain (Za Liang) desserts and shops, good services and very clean and comfy rooms. Room comes with books about Qiong Hai, and also tea set if you would like to brew your own Chinese Tea. It has great selection of breakfast buffet. The milk tea is silky and delicious. Shared laundry and you can request for help from staff to help out if they are available. I wished this hotel comes with own laundry so I don't need to wait in line. Highly recommended to families."

"Brand-new hotel that is truly wonderful. The Hot Springs set is totally amazing. There're like 10-12 hot springs with different medicinal herbs and even a Rose Hot Spring. I tried all of them. VERY relaxing. The Hot Springs staff are polite and very kind. Thank you BFA Hotel for a truly amazing experience."

"設施：門口就是停車場，也有地下車庫，十分方便。進門就有鷓鴣茶和酸梅湯供應。沒有乳膠枕提供，不過本身配的枕頭也舒服。送餐有機器人送到門口，親測了一次十分便利。 衞生：床品非常乾淨。廁所是簡易版本的智能馬桶。沐浴露和護髮素可以，但洗髮水太乾，對乾性頭髮不友好。很喜歡沐浴間的水龍頭處提供了放水杯的平板，細心。 環境：2025年全新開業，前身是私人老闆開的，後來被錦江集團收購了變成今日的麗亭酒店。雖然很新但沒有裝修味道，酒店內噴了香薰，個人認為有點多。旁邊中國銀行在裝修，白天有點噪音。特別值得稱讚的是二樓的自助早餐，粉和麪都很好吃，沙拉青菜和點心不錯，我個人認為在這種價位酒店中是做的很好的。 服務：前台熱情有禮，送了椰青。退房建議快捷，且不用按金。"

"新開的店，房間乾淨整潔，服務很好，我們晚上才到店，剛好趕上深夜粥道，夜裡抵達還能喝到熱粥真是旅途中的小確幸！乾淨的房間和貼心服務確實能讓疲憊一掃而空，這家店在細節上做得很到位呢。深夜粥道聽起來就暖胃又暖心，這種營業到很晚的餐飲服務對晚歸的客人來説太友好了。"

"I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai."

"Hotel is nice with, complimentary tibits, coffee and tea at the lobby. Roasted sweet potatoes are great. Staff are helpful and great in providing service. Only complaint, is the smell of smoke. Guests should refrain from smoking in the rooms, for the benefit of their own health and the inconveniences to other guests."

"The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi."

"升級住了東嶼島酒店，體驗挺好的，出行也方便，酒店有擺渡車來回坐，特別省心。這家酒店離亞洲論壇酒店很近，去那邊吃自助餐很方便。住店客人泡温泉衹要70元，這次泡完温泉順便吃了自助，性價比很高。温泉區的茶水味道不錯，自助餐的種類特別多，三文魚很新鮮，吃得很過癮。前台的Nancy，服務特別好，特別貼心，介紹東西也很詳細，各方面都考慮到了，整體住得非常滿意！下次再來博鰲會繼續選擇這家！"

"酒店位置很好，在正街上吃飯購物方便，離海邊幾百米，門口停車方便。我碰到了意外，隔壁在裝修，飄了許多粉塵在我車上，沒想到風吹不掉，衹好找家洗車店沖洗。"
