"If you are visiting stone forest and has trains to catch, this is the best hotel for your visit, the rrom is super clean, we got upgraded on our stay, has hot aircon and all the amenities needed. The only problem is if you reach late at night, there is nothing open around for dinner, you need to ******* delivery and even so, there is only a few options. But overall very nice stay, will allow you to beat the tour crowd if you are keen to wake up early and go straight to stone forest"

"The room was very cost effective and simple. There was an adjoining bathroom/shower that you reached via an outdoor balcony which was rather pleasant. It was a little difficult to find and because we were visiting in the winter time the room was a bit cold without heat. It was a little isolated but serene as it was the off season and located in a smaller village. The owner was very kind and helped us settle in."

"This homestay was perfect for our needs, clean, spacious, comfortable and close to the entrance to the Stone Forest. We arrived late and notified the host who waited up for us no problem, and he had turned on our AC to warm up the room which was so nice. I forgot to take photos of the room but it was large and had a little tea/reading nook just as described in the listing. We got to see the Stone Forest with almost no other people because we got there so early!"

"The hotel is located in a very quiet area. We enjoyed walking in their stone forest park. The breakfast was ok. The private hot spring at the balcony was the best! I would love to come back one day. Price is quite cheap. for 3 bedroom unit. But no breakfast included. I am not sure if the location is considered good. There are some shops nearby. It's about 7 km from Stone Forest."

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

AAcw2005Great location that it is near a lot of food places, a store, and the Stone Forest. Even though I already visited Stone Forest on my visit to Kunming in 2018, this was still a good room in that I get my privacy. Hotel workers were nice in that they gave me more water and wanted to make my bed even though I didn't need it. I liked how it had a heater in there to keep me warm whenever the room got too cold. The thing that I was unsure of is how much freedom and accessibility I get in being able to cook things in the kitchen at times and I was confused about whether I was allowed to eat the food that the cook makes, or it is only for guests that order food and pay for it from him. Sometimes the cook is unpredictable in that I don't know when he comes to cook between the lunch and dinner hours. The front desk women were friendly and helpful in giving me information about certain things. I appreciate it when they loaned me a phone charger temporarily when mine broke until I can get a new replacement one. Thank You for that. The only thing I would have to say, is that it is too far from the city center from the train station in where I need to be in order to catch the train to Hekou and cross the border into Vietnam.

EEva13A nice simple hotel for anyone who is looking for a cheap and convenient place to stay. The place is somewhat away from the main road and the nights are really quiet, you can even hear the crickets! The check-in was fast and smooth and the lady at the reception professional and very friendly. The breakfast costs 15¥ and you can eat as much as you want.
