沐舍文旅最大的優點在於卓越的地理位置，無論是正氣街夜市還是鐵花村，都在5分鐘步行路程內，周邊美食名店不少，阿憲冰店、阿鋐炸雞、北港小吃部等，超市則有全聯和家樂福，購物極為方便，此外還有秀泰影城在旁，吃喝玩樂都可以輕易滿足。

The hotel offered free parking which is great but was a bit difficult to find the parking entrance due to the constructions going on around the hotel. Location was nice, in the city center and peaceful nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing, a variety of choices from western cuisine to local cuisine. The room was clean and neat as well.

住在由日式古宅改建而成的旅店中，是種有趣且幸福的體驗。簡單舒適的裝設，乾淨整潔的環境，住起來體感就是舒服；雖因古宅建築關係，其隔音效果不是很好，但入住的旅客都懂得放低音量，避免驚擾他人。同時櫃檯服務人員親切的接待，讓人毫無壓力感，彷彿朋友般的談話與講解，為這冬日涼爽日光溫和的台東，更添一份悠閒愜意。剛好房號又是我最喜歡的數字，是個很棒的住宿體驗啊！

老闆娘親切，台東放鬆好玩，下次還會再去，早餐非常好吃，很少住民宿有讓我驚艷到的服務，謝謝老闆娘的招待（附上去山上漂亮的夜景

去年有來過，覺得是間有年代的大酒店，設施是很豐富，但稍嫌沉悶老舊感。今年看到網路上說有重新整修，於是衝著設施，再去看看有沒有不一樣的感覺，一樣是六人房的，改裝後，整個煥然一新，且房間走道有都很新穎的感覺，只是淋浴間還是一樣的缺點~沒有放置換衣的地方，其中一張單人床，竟然有棉絮揚起、床邊有點沒打掃到灰塵...😓，泳池、SPA今年沒去使用，不知道女換洗室是否有改進（去年被好大範圍的黃水垢和臭味嚇到，這不該是五星級酒店會有的存在呀~） 餐點非常豐富多元，鬆餅機多了有造型的，這次吃的有點撐，好可惜沒吃到自己拉的霜淇淋😝 有遇到球星，還在鄰近桌打撞球😆

Very good location . Just in front of the main bus station . Suitable for those who need public transport . Breakfast is so so n room is not very clean n slightly small .

Very spacious room good for family. Have to try the restaurant up the hill with the grill fish and bbq. Hoyle breakfast was very good too

I had booked a room in the “hostel” section, but it’s actually more of a hotel pretending to also be a hostel. The cleanliness in the room left much to be desired (from what i could see the window sill is clearly never cleaned, hair on the clean sheets, etc.). On top of that, the lockers are fake in the sense that they don’t lock, so they’re basically just cupboards that anyone can open. As for the bathroom, some of the shower doors are broken and were literally left abandoned inside the shower. What was my surprise to see that there were cockroaches ?? The next day, I came back to the room to take a shower and there was no electricity in the bathroom anymore. I asked for compensation because the price I paid was completely disproportionate to the state of the facilities. The receptionist was friendly and offered to move me to a private room (in the hotel section), but the problems continued: when I opened the bathroom door, I once again found cockroaches. Moreover, the humidity doesn’t seem to evacuate properly, and there’s a nauseating smell inside. The lock on the door leading from the room to the hallway doesn’t work. The finishing of the construction work is terrible, nothing is right. In short, my advice is : do not come to this hotel.
