The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The facilities were well maintained, and I really liked the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. I also enjoyed the food; everything was fresh and nicely prepared. The manager, Brian, was extremely helpful and communicated very fluently in English. He gave me great suggestions for places to visit during my trip and recommendations on where to shop so I could fully enjoy the city. I will definitely return with friends, and this will be our hotel of choice. The location is also ideal."

"Yangzhou State Guesthouse is located within a sprawling area where many of the facilities are within walking distance. It is like staying in a holiday resort. You can either walk to the different facilities or take the buggy provided. The Slender West Lake (瘦西湖） is just beside the Guesthouse and is definitely worth a visit both during the day and in the evening. A bit too hot to visit in the summer, but it will be nice during spring and/or autumn."

"I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far.
