Washing machine available on 3rd floor (takes 40 minutes, washing powder provided, no tumblering (or maybe you find if you know Chinese)"

"Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!"

"We were welcomed by the hotel manager and staffs warmly with warm hand wipes, hot teas and frozen pears. They offerred us free room upgrade too. The room is clean and consists of underfloor heating which is essential in this winter period. I have this ”HOME” feeling stay at this hotel hence decided to extend one more night stay with them. They also provides free self service washing powder, washing machine and dryer for hotel guest usage."

The hotel was strategically located near the attractions (10-20 minutes drive). The price is affordable too. The room was clean and tidy and bedding was comfortable. The hotel facilities are new and smart controlled. The breakfast was great with varieties of food. The service attitude of the front desk staff was good.

We stayed here for one night and arrived from Changbaishan at around 10am. The boss kindly allowed us to check in early since a room was available. He also offered us coffee right away, which was included in our package. The hotel location is very convenient, close to the Korean Folk Culture attraction. If you want to do Yanji photography, there are many shops nearby. When we returned at night, we asked where to buy heat pads as we had run out. Mr. Zhang generously gave us his own heat pads - not just one or two, but pads for our phone, feet and back. His kindness and extra effort truly touched us. All the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a photo studio downstairs with the same owners. However, the editing was not what we expected and felt more like AI editing - one of my photos even had double eyes on the side. Nevertheless, they never rushed us and all the staff, especially Ming Jie, were extremely kind and helpful. Overall, we had a warm and pleasant stay.

This is a wonderful hotel! The atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant. In the lobby of the hotel there are items from the Harry Potter movie universe. You can take some photos. This is a great offer for fans of this movie. The location of the hotel is near shopping centers, a bus stop, cafes and restaurants. Clean and cozy. Large beds, soft pillows, warm blankets. The wet area is separated from the dry. Smart toilet system. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Friendly staff. I recommend booking this hotel! I want to come back here again and again.

This is a fantastic hotel! Everything here is very well organized. The hotel staff speaks English. The transfer from the station of the high-speed railway took and brought us to the hotel. The room already contained welcome fruits and gifts. Spacious room on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything and even more for comfort to feel at home. There are cups for coffee and tea. Wine glasses and even a corkscrew to open the bottle. The fridge already had chilled water. In such heat, it's a pleasant concern. In the bathroom, everything was also organized beautifully and a pleasant little thing - a rose petal. Soft pillows, comfortable beds. The hotel is very conveniently located. There are many attractions: Dinosaur Museum, Korean Folk Garden, Dinosaur Kingdom. The Pearl Tower can be quickly reached by taxi. Great and varied breakfast every day. Me and my friends really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I want to come back here again!

南北服務好，這家酒店的位置真的太絕了，出門就是地鐵站，不管是去景點還是逛商圈都超方便。酒店的環境特別好，大堂裝修很大氣，走廊裏還有淡淡的香氛，讓人覺得很舒服。房間的隔音效果出乎意料的好，晚上一點噪音都聽不到，睡得特別香。細節方面也做得很到位，洗漱用品都是大牌的，衞生間乾濕分離，連吹風機的風力都很足。住了三天，每天都有阿姨來打掃房間，還會貼心地補充礦泉水和洗漱用品，真的是一次超棒的入住體驗！

Unexpected Gem in Yanji I have to admit, I was a little hesitant when booking this hotel. I usually stick to my regular spot in Yanji, but it was closed, so I reluctantly tried somewhere new. To my absolute surprise, I was incredibly pleased! The room was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows, and the massive bathroom—complete with a bathtub—was exactly what I needed after 20 hours of travel. The only slight drawback was a particular smell in the room at first. I initially suspected cigarette smoke, but seeing the no-smoking signs, it might have been something from the air conditioning. I left the window open for a bit, and it didn't bother me again. I also had a little struggle communicating at check-in as I don't speak Mandarin, but I don't expect them to speak English, so I'm the only one to blame there! The greatest surprise, however, was the breakfast. It was everything I could have imagined and more. The coffee was great, the noodles were amazing, and the omelette was like a cloud. It was simply perfect! Honestly, next time I'll be cheating on my regular hotel and staying here again during my spring trip next year!

2D2N in this hotel in the off-season. I booked it based on the good reviews! BUT there were some unexpected things nobody talks about! Let’s go for a quick review👇🏻 What was good: • Super clean • A good firm mattress and two pillows to choose from: one soft and one firm ✨ • The bidet 🥰 • The price • Good Korean-style breakfast, but the same every day • Showroom full of Korean costumes • Sweet girl at reception, although she was a bit shy with foreigners 🤪 • Quiet outside, warm inside, and the air is fresher than in the city What was disappointing: • The TV turns on every time we come back — it’s kinda annoying • Since neither of us knows Chinese, we couldn’t use the voice assistant. We could've used it in English, but nobody helped us set it up (but it’s okay, because we visited just for the weekend) • Disposable towels 😅 (I prefer the soft cuddle of a real towel/bathrobe after a shower) • There were no dental supplies. It was disappointing and unexpected (but maybe it’s okay for a hotel at this price, who knows?) General conclusion: It’s the best option for a Korean-style photoshoot for a few days. Good for sleeping after walking around all day. But if you’re visiting just for the weekend and you don’t need photos, it’s better to stay somewhere near the city centre. As for me, I like fresh air, and in this hotel I could have it. In the city centre it’s only air-conditioned, so this is kinda the better choice for me… What about you? Who knows! Next time I’m gonna try a hotel in the centre or with hot springs. p.s. I forgot to made more photos or video, so some details it's all I have for this review. Thank you ✨

Very nice room, decent location. Service is ok, not exceptional but still very ok. The greatest thing is this hotel is next to a Dongbei (North-East) bathhouse which offer a very good bathhouse and massage experience.
