作為攜程金鑽客户，走了全國那麼多地方，很少遇上這種號舔温德姆品牌酒店如此差的服務。 首先，辦理入住時前台工作人員明確告知早餐在八樓，電梯間也標示八樓早餐廳。第二天早上匆匆上八樓，一張貼紙寫着早餐改在二樓，奇怪，改地點為什麼不能早點告知客人？輾轉到二樓，餐廳工作人員問要早餐票！哪來的早餐票？原來是辦理入住時前台工作人員居然忘記打印早餐票！要她馬上補票，我們開的兩個房間居然又衹打印一份！！！前台工作人員如此疏忽大意不負責任，就不應該蹲在這個崗位！另外，早餐簡單粗暴，一點都不像四星酒店的早餐標準，筷子還長短不一！…… 這幾年走遍祖國，還很少遇上住酒店還要交按金的！作為國際品牌的温德姆，早餐不是常用的憑房卡用早餐而是要打印早餐票，簡直就是一個笑話！

A practical place, good size airy room with a little table and chairs by the window for a view. Biggest tv screen I have experienced yet in a hotel room. Functional and clean.

Super nice view over Dongping and the river and the mountains. 23rd floor. The small room provided everything I needed. Also the staff was super helpful and friendly.

前台員工服務特別熱情，辦理入住速度快，態度温和有耐心，會主動介紹早餐時間、退房時間和酒店設施，細節特別到位。房間空間寬敞，採光充足，打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾淨無異味，洗漱用品齊全，隔音效果也很好，晚上休息得特別安穩。

國慶期間回老家喝喜酒，再次住沅江維也納酒店，發現房間應該是重新裝修了，跟以前都不一樣了，早餐也變了好多，比之前好吃多了，有當地的特色，房間也很大，打掃衞生服務員還提醒我，五樓有洗衣服，並且可以送曬衣桿到房間，不用擔心衣服沒地方曬，很方便，果然是連鎖酒店，各方便都很好！！ 設施：很棒

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and felt that the hotel service was amazing. I was embarrassed because my Chinese is bad, but the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very thorough. The facilities were good and the pool staff were helpful too. Sadly, when we ate in the restaurant we got food poisoning, we think because we are not used to the local food/water. We were very sick but when the staff found out they went above and beyond to help us. They cleaned our room, gave us lots of food and drinks, and offered to take us to the hospital even. Before we got sick, we hired a car and they sent us out with a driver and someone to translate. Nico He was amazing, very helpful and even had her sister help to translate. We were lucky to stay at a hotel with great staff who seemed to really care. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to any other foreign travelers.

A pleasant and comfortable stay at Phoenix Garden hotel in Yiyang. The reception were very helpful. I enjoyed the kindness and sweet smiles of miss Li xiangyun. Thank you!

We traveled in a large group and stayed for multiple days. Breakfast could be improved. We will stay at a different hotel if we return to Yiyang.
