"We booked the Standard room with double bed - as it was middle range, not as modern as the Ocean View rooms you see in the example photos - but hoping it was not as poor quality as the windowleas rooms that got bad reviews.
It was not quite as clean as I hoped but bearable. The room felt dusty around the edges, so we stayed away from the walls and back of the furniture. There was a lot of dust on the lampshade. Also I saw a long hair under the pillow before I got in and in the corner of the shower the next day. Also, there was a rolled up pair of Batman socks from a previous occupant, tucked behind the curtains.
None of that would have been too bad, but the green emergency light was shining too brightly all night. I added a picture of of the view from the bed in the dark with the green light.
Apart from that, the breakfast was good and the hotel was pretty in general. Also the location was great as it was along the sea front."

"Friendly and welcoming were we received and the rooms offered all the necessary amenties. It was clean, quiet for those who had their rooms far away from the elevator. Due to the age of the hotel I was not surprised of the noises the floor makes and the outdated interiors. The location is perfect, just watch out the street. The breakfast was a buffet and had rhe basic dishes. Keep in mind everything is self service, and there ia no cook to make you eggs."

"Lovely hotel in a great location, very near the bandstand and town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We always had a night cap in the bar before bed which was great. We also got a room upgrade to one with a partial sea view which was very nice to have. Parking was easy. You get given vouchers which we paid about £2 each per day for, and you can park on the surrounding streets. We were lucky and got just outside the hotel by the seafront. If in summer, you may want to get there in the evening when day trippers will have gone home. There's also the ncp car park near by if necessary. Bed was very comfy and bedroom was a good size with tea and coffee facilities. We didn't have any meals there so I can't comment on that. (I did notice on the menu that the vegan cooked breakfast consisted of vegetables but no meat substitute, which I thought was a bit poor for the price.) I'd certainly stay at this hotel again."

"Our stay in Eastbourne was great as the location of the hotel accommodation is near the sea, the city and walkable from the Train Station. The reception (Amel) was very accommodating. The room is not the best (with few hair on the floor and some stained towels), however manageable as we brought spare towel and just cleaned and made the area comfortable for out stay."

They provided exactly what I needed, which is why I’ll continue to return every year. The airshow was fantastic and well organised and it did not affect my work at all. Everything ran smoothly without any issues. A big thank you to all the staff for their hard work and excellent service

SSituertedaoxunyou應該是伊斯特本最好的酒店了，有一種又老又有範兒的感覺。房間裝修的很歐式，非常漂亮，房間配有免費的礦泉水，以及nesperesso膠囊咖啡機。伊斯特本是個安靜的小城，酒店過了馬路就是海邊，非常適合來這裏住上2-3天海邊度假。然後沒有時間衹住了一晚上，有點遺憾。哦對了，前台的行李員是個可愛的老頭，服務態度非常好。酒店的自助早餐是點餐式+少量自助式，餐具一應俱全，餐廳環境也異常的優雅，在這裏吃個早餐我竟然都不敢大聲説話。真是很好的酒店，提前三個月預訂1900的價格，物有所值，有幸住一晚，會一直記得。

The rooms are tired and decoration needs to be updated although the reception areas look good. The beds and pillows were VERY comfy! Better than some travelodge, so a good night sleep. So if you can look past the poor paint, the £37 a night twin room will be a bargain. I would return at this price, but not more expensive.
Its not the usual high quality or standard that I expected from Best Western chain. More a budget option.
£7 is for a continental breakfast so this was declined. Tea and coffee in room was good.
Late arrival but checking in was swift and very helpful. Free but limited overnight parking outside but you have to get a ticket (the hotel can do this for you for £2.25) from 8am so if you want a lie in, you need to book and pay when you check in.
