"The room was very 4 star at best. Ac wouldn't adjust and windows cleaning from 8am while people want to relax seems very unprofessional. With nothing to heat any meals your forced to go out for dinning."

"The room was generally clean. The hotel doesn’t have a heating system — only air conditioners that cool, which made the stay uncomfortable during colder weather. What really affected my experience, though, was an encounter with one of the staff members. While some staff were fine, one older lady made a deeply inappropriate and racist comment about me as I was returning to my room. There had been no real interaction between us that could justify such a remark — it was unprovoked and very hurtful. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. No one should have to experience this kind of treatment, especially in a place meant to be welcoming. Unfortunately, that incident has left a lasting negative impression on what could have been a neutral or even positive stay."

"It was ok, but not more. The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does. The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote. Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work. Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits. It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again."

"I have stay at the Links hotel quite often without any issues, but this time was different. I booked through a booking website for 2 adults and 3 children, for 2 nights. First night was ok, came back 2nd day after going out for a while, aircon had been turned off, cleaners came in when we asked them not to, made 2 beds and left the double bed, didn’t clean anything at all and only left 2 towels. When I questioned the receptionist she said I only booked for 2 people for the 2nd night. And she was quite rude , yet I had confirmation on my phone otherwise. The booking company sent thru only 2 people for 2nd night. They got it wrong and I had no apology from her or any explanation of why the room was “cleaned “ like that . I’m not happy about it and doubt I’ll stay there again! 😡"

"Hotel was rather new and clean with a small pool and gym that’ll be adequate if you’re the only ones using it. However service can be improved on a number of occasions - room wasn’t cleaned despite putting out the sign, housekeeping staff entered the room despite having do not disturb due to system error showing we had checked out."

"Staff were helpful and friendly; facilities were clean and fresh. The modern take on the rooms and well styled added to the exceptional value. I really liked the location of this hotel, close to restaurants and walking distance to everything I needed to get to. The menu for food was great, plenty of options and chef did an amazing job with the dishes we selected. I would absolutely stay here again and have no problem recommending this hotel as a lovely place to stay when in Adelaide."

MMisafir KullanıcıPerfect stay with great services here. Sharing a room with an access card make you feel safe. Even the toilet is accessed with the card. Luggage storage is available and is secured by staff at the reception. Location beat hand down and we booked another night with private room. Only down side is a shared toilet.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.

MMisafir KullanıcıVery very good location!! Most attractions are just walking distance especially the Rundle Plaza. Like 6-8 mins away from the hotel. Railway and bus stations are also close. If you’re into western fastfood, there’s a KFC and McDo both sides of the street where the hotel is located. Many food choices for breakfast buffet. Room and T&B is big and clean. Complete with amenities with small fridge and iron and stand. Highly recommended and will probably book here again next time! 💕

MMisafir KullanıcıThis is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

They also have an interesting buffet offering for 20 dollars, i haven't tried it out, but i heard it quite nice.

Mmiweekend Janice BehThe overall experience swings to both extremes — some things were very good, while others were quite disappointing. Good: New and Modern interior design, especially impressive for a motel-rated property. Spacious room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Wide variety of in-room beverages. Concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking for motel guests (unlike the sister hotels, which charge $15 for 24 hours). Bad: No self-service laundry — a major drawback for a motel. I had to walk 480m to a public laundromat on first day.. then only learned that we can use laundry service at sister hotel. Poorly designed shower area. The shower platform is higher than the toilet section, causing water to flow out into the toilet area instead of towards the drain — very odd design. Internet is weak, unstable, and slow. If your child wants to play Roblox… forget it. Housekeeping needs significant improvement. They didn’t wash the mugs and glasses, didn’t clear used plates, didn’t sweep the floor, and didn’t replace the trash bag — they only changed the towels.

MMisafir KullanıcıGreat view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!

MMisafir KullanıcıWe loved our stay at the Rydges hotel,the ambience, the service, the service providers and the entire crew were lovely.Being a first time in Adelide, the visit was made superb by the amazing experience we got from the hotel. Their rooms are clean, amenities are excellent, rooms are spacious, views are scenic and it is cvonveniently located to any major plae you would like to visit. I loved how generous their compliments are, including the fridge with merchandise that would be essential in the middle of the night or so! It was also fairly priced and we loved our spa and pool sessions. If you need to relax and unwind in a well hosted environment in Adelide, do'nt hesitate to make a booking. I will definitely book them if I have to go back.Thank you😊😊😊😊
