Good points. All of the staff are extremely helpful. The cleaners are excellent. The pool view is lovely. The room is good, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hairdresser is absolutely amazing. Gym is very good - lots of variety of exercises. Bad points Food is not good: ordered vegetarian stir fry and specifically stated no chicken as allergic; it arrived with chicken underneath the vegetables! Husband ordered battered prawns which came unpeeled, then battered, so totally inedible. Wouldn’t let me put the drinks on the room (even though they did it a few days earlier), then refused to let me leave until the bill was paid. I had no money with me. So had to wait until they managed to contact my husband to come and pay. Spa - the facial was the most painful experience I’ve had in a spa. My face was literally pulled and scrubbed within an inch of its life. The actual face mask was scrubbed off. My face looked 10 years older rather than younger. Depends where your room is, depends if you hear the 5 o’clock Mosque calling. The gym was like a sauna - too hot to do any real cardio work - but that’s my personal preference.

Excellent stay. Room was super spacious and clean. Bathroom is big, with a very nice dry/wet segregation between the sink/WC and the shower area. Provided with capsule coffee machine and mineral water complimentary. Pool was really nicely maintained too. Breakfast was a huge sumptuous spread. Will definitely be back!

Environment and ambience very nice. Clean and neat design. Bad: unable to locate using google map, need to use Apple map, even in grab apps also unable to locate . Address given in trip.com is not accurate. Live band till late nite. Unable to sleep 😅 not suitable to travel with baby or old aged parent as they need to sleep early.

This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.  Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. Everything is good except for the cleanliness of the towel. Room looks clean. Bed sheets looks clean too. But the towel is horrible, even after I asked for a change of towel. The new one is still stained. I only stayed for a few hours (8pm to 5am) to transit from my flight to take first ferry to Singapore.

This hotel surprised me - the frontdesk experience was excellent. A warm welcome, friendly staff, including the security guard! The price-quality ratio is excellent. The hotel rooms are functional, clean and I had a very good sleep. My window was overlooking the brand-new K Square mall that was just opening the same weekend I was there, so it was busy (but on a good way). The breakfast was very decent, and the staff there - again - so friendly! Obviously the new K Square mall provides this hotel with added benefits, as it offers a wide range services (including a large supermarket). But nearby I also found: an excellent Morning Bakery outlet, and within 15 minutes walking various outstanding restaurants and cafés, such as Piccola Stella (Italian) and Anchor Cafe and Roastery (American style breakfasts and food all day long). Not far (5-10 minutes by Grab) also Stainn Cafe, which I highly recommend. So I really liked my stay at Eska hotel, and I will happily return there.

Budget hotel in the middle of batam . Maybe 10-15 minutes car ride from batam ferry terminal. Very basic budget hotel so doesn't expect too much. Worth the price of 300k rupiah. Room size is quite for the price ,not too cramp.

Small unit with 2 bedrooms, it’s a cheap place to stay.. checkin at 23:15 and checkout at 9:00 a short period for transition. beautiful view and good location. Small swimming pool
