"I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Location is nice as it was near to international ferry terminal. people are nice and the room is also spacious. room has dryer. but they were unable to put shampoo and conditioner. There is always room for improvement, I hope they can check little details like that. We also forget my fiance’s mini electric razor."

"This Redlink hotel location is perfect if u are going to nearby Kemina Dental Care Clinic for dental treatment , as dental clinic is only 5 minutes walk away . But this hotel hot water heater is permanently turned off 24 hours a day, so u will suffer terribly when trying to take a shower as the water is really very cold, and there is no hot or warm water at all for my entire stay . The wifi internet is also permanently turned off during my entire stay . Everything else eg shower and bidet and bed is good and ok"

"This hotel surprised me - the frontdesk experience was excellent. A warm welcome, friendly staff, including the security guard! The price-quality ratio is excellent. The hotel rooms are functional, clean and I had a very good sleep. My window was overlooking the brand-new K Square mall that was just opening the same weekend I was there, so it was busy (but on a good way). The breakfast was very decent, and the staff there - again - so friendly! Obviously the new K Square mall provides this hotel with added benefits, as it offers a wide range services (including a large supermarket). But nearby I also found: an excellent Morning Bakery outlet, and within 15 minutes walking various outstanding restaurants and cafés, such as Piccola Stella (Italian) and Anchor Cafe and Roastery (American style breakfasts and food all day long). Not far (5-10 minutes by Grab) also Stainn Cafe, which I highly recommend. So I really liked my stay at Eska hotel, and I will happily return there."

"Nice stay here. Toilet clean. Space is large. The place itself really big and spacious. Really near at the center and easy access to any place. Aircond quite slow but can consider okay. The theme really unique and antique. Swimming pool so far okay and moderate. Customer service is really nice and good. Can keep our luggage also after early check-out in the morning. Then we also check in early around 12pm. Got entertainment also like pingpong, dart, pool etc. there are many sitting area. Last one the wifi is really not strong, need to make it better after thi"
