"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."

"The front desk staffs were polite and nice. The room has heating floor (and the staff are helpful, they helped us to switch on the heating floor to make us feel comfortable), however, the bed was very cold. Location is ok, but for muslim, u have to drive to find nearest halal restaurant."

"Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant."

"At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent."

"This is one of the best hotel I stayed in! Service was top notch . The boss welcome you personally and the other reception staff and restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful . We encountered difficulty booking our transport to the next city and the hotel team was so helpful in helping us to solve the problem . The restaurant food was very yummy that we ate our breakfast and dinner there everyday during our 4 day 3 night stay. It has a sunny side up machine during breakfast hour! The room is equipped with smart room facilities . Bed was very comfortable . We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends who want to visit bipenggou and li county. 谢谢老板的热情招待！"

"理漫私湯別院入住體驗✨ 春節和媽媽來畢棚溝玩，選了這家理漫私湯別院，整體體驗真的超預期，必須來認真誇一誇！ • 位置與接送 客棧離畢棚溝景區大約10公里，出行完全不用操心。老闆會貼心開車送到景區大門口，省去自駕找車位的麻煩，返程也會準時來接，對帶長輩出行的我們特別友好。 • 房間與設施 房間全屋地暖，晚上還有電褥子，在川西的夜晚也暖乎乎的，睡得特別踏實。空間寬敞、採光很好，床品柔軟舒服，一趟玩下來疲憊感直接被治癒。 • 餐飲與服務 早餐品種豐富，熱乎又對味的本地餐食，元氣滿滿開啟一天行程。老闆和工作人員都特別熱情周到，會耐心推薦本地美食和遊玩路線，有需求隨叫隨到，像家人一樣貼心。 • 整體感受 從入住到離店，每一處細節都讓人覺得舒服又安心，性價比超高，是畢棚溝之行的意外之喜。下次再來，一定還選這裏！"

"跟你們説，這家民宿的手工木頭都是長者家自己做的！院子裏那鞦韆，純實木的，摸着全是木頭本身的紋路，不是那種機器做的光滑樣兒，坐上去穩得很，晃起來也不僵， 那長凳，也是手打的木頭，邊邊角角都磨得圓乎乎的，一點不硌人。我早上端杯茶往那兒一坐，看着底下的河，那木頭的舊顏色跟旁邊的山山水水特別搭，就感覺這玩意兒不是個傢俱，是真的讓人能踏實待着的東西，還有我們去的時候長者家正在做花架，超讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"
