"The front desk staffs were polite and nice. The room has heating floor (and the staff are helpful, they helped us to switch on the heating floor to make us feel comfortable), however, the bed was very cold. Location is ok, but for muslim, u have to drive to find nearest halal restaurant."

"The place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too."
