"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, minimal, and had a great view. I also felt very safe during my stay. There is a delicious Sichuan-style restaurant located near the hotel, which made dining very convenient. One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the hot spring area. It feels quite private and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The 24-hour laundry facilities were also very convenient. Overall, I was truly impressed and will definitely recommend this place to my friends. The location is excellent—it's just a few minutes’ walk to Bipenggou Scenic Area, making it extremely convenient and comfortable for travelers."

"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."

"Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant."

"We booked one night hotel at Likuan when we travelled to Bipengou. The location is awesome , it is just less than 1.5 km away from the Bipengou entrance . We contacted the hotel early to get us pick up as they provided pick up and drop off services . As the hotel is at the mountain area , it is impossible to get Didi and ******* there . The hotel is so thoughtful offering wide range of food , ( including ******* cuisine)to serve us ,of course this need to pay . The hotel also offering ******* photography which I enjoyed so much with free 3 pieces of edited photos . Besides, free tea time session is offering to the guest as the welcome food to all the guests. I would like to have special mention to the driver to pick us up and drop us off . He is very polite, kind and provided good services . The hotel room we selected comes with the private mountain spring water tub …. I enjoyed this so much especially during the winter time like this . Recommended hotel to everyone travel to Bipengou ."

"Our stay here was comfortable and suited for a short visit. The nightly service was great, and we enjoyed the dance performance, complimentary drink, and attentive service. A special mention goes to the lovely front desk lady who went above and beyond she even helped reheat some food we had brought from home. Breakfast was Chinese-style, which was fine for us, and the pool closed at 10:30 p.m. we wished it stayed open a bit later, but we understood the policy. We chose a room facing the river, which comes with an important note: there is heating but no cooling air conditioning in the bedroom. That said, the gentle sound of the river was like raindrops falling on a rooftop peaceful and relaxing. Once our bodies adjusted to the air, the mornings felt cool and refreshing, and we enjoyed a great night’s sleep."

"This is one of the best hotel I stayed in! Service was top notch . The boss welcome you personally and the other reception staff and restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful . We encountered difficulty booking our transport to the next city and the hotel team was so helpful in helping us to solve the problem . The restaurant food was very yummy that we ate our breakfast and dinner there everyday during our 4 day 3 night stay. It has a sunny side up machine during breakfast hour! The room is equipped with smart room facilities . Bed was very comfortable . We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends who want to visit bipenggou and li county. 谢谢老板的热情招待！"

"性價比超高的一家寶藏酒店！位置特別好，離畢棚溝景區遊客中心步行衹要幾分鐘，不管是去景區還是理小路都很方便。酒店的環境很安靜，房間的隔音效果一級棒，晚上睡覺完全不會被外面的噪音打擾。床品柔軟舒適，睡起來特別解乏，早上醒來拉開窗簾就是滿眼的陽光，運氣好還可以見到雪山🏔️，心情都變好了。價格也很親民，花很少的錢就能享受到這麼優質的住宿體驗，真的太值了，必須五星好評！"
