BIPENG SEASONSPRING RESORT

"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."

"the hotel is VERY GOOD, the interior, ther architecture, is well designed. the ambience is super comfortable. it is very near the tourist area. they provide great service! they adjusdted the dinner portion and food to our needs. they also provide excellent breakfast. they had free travel photography but unfortunately we didnt try it. the room is super clean with smart home technology, and the staff is super nice and providing. they gave us gift when we checked in and gave us souvenirs when we checked out also. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!💕"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, minimal, and had a great view. I also felt very safe during my stay. There is a delicious Sichuan-style restaurant located near the hotel, which made dining very convenient. One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the hot spring area. It feels quite private and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The 24-hour laundry facilities were also very convenient. Overall, I was truly impressed and will definitely recommend this place to my friends. The location is excellent—it's just a few minutes’ walk to Bipenggou Scenic Area, making it extremely convenient and comfortable for travelers."

"Due to some accidents on the road, we had a very very late check in (2.33am). Despite this, the front desk guy was still very accomodating and the check in process for foreigners are also easy here. This hotel has free parking spot for car as well. It was a great big room for 2 person. Amenities are very complete (as listed on the booking page). The bed was very comfortable and there's no problem with heating in the room (shower's fine). Note: The pictures were taken when we were about to check out. It doesn't represent the first stage of the room when we arrived. 🫣 It is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area! Overall it was a really great place! Very recommended ~"

"At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent."

"優點： 位置：離畢棚溝很近，路口就有多吃的可以選擇 衞生：酒店環境挺不錯的，衞生打掃的乾淨，像是新開業不久 設計：設計還挺有風格的，一樓帶個小院子，能看到後面山上的風景 缺點： 1. 冷！晚上7:00左右辦理入住，立馬就開了空調製熱和地暖，開了半個小時温度還是很低，出去吃飯的時候順便問前台，説是地暖燒起來要三個小時。結果我們晚上燒了一晚上，早上起來還是冷的，衹要離開被窩去廁所必須披外套的程度。洗澡間更冷，完全沒法洗澡的程度，冬天是不建議的。 2. 吵，住在一樓完全不隔音，大廳別人在吃飯聊天都可以聽清楚 3. 沒有性價比，三百多一晚的價格在成都可以住全季了，雖然在景區附近這個價位可以理解，但是感覺體驗感太差，不值得這三百"

We booked one night hotel at Likuan when we travelled to Bipengou. The location is awesome , it is just less than 1.5 km away from the Bipengou entrance . We contacted the hotel early to get us pick up as they provided pick up and drop off services . As the hotel is at the mountain area , it is impossible to get Didi and ******* there . The hotel is so thoughtful offering wide range of food , ( including ******* cuisine)to serve us ,of course this need to pay . The hotel also offering ******* photography which I enjoyed so much with free 3 pieces of edited photos . Besides, free tea time session is offering to the guest as the welcome food to all the guests. I would like to have special mention to the driver to pick us up and drop us off . He is very polite, kind and provided good services . The hotel room we selected comes with the private mountain spring water tub …. I enjoyed this so much especially during the winter time like this . Recommended hotel to everyone travel to Bipengou .

Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

This is one of the best hotel I stayed in! Service was top notch . The boss welcome you personally and the other reception staff and restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful . We encountered difficulty booking our transport to the next city and the hotel team was so helpful in helping us to solve the problem . The restaurant food was very yummy that we ate our breakfast and dinner there everyday during our 4 day 3 night stay. It has a sunny side up machine during breakfast hour! The room is equipped with smart room facilities . Bed was very comfortable . We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends who want to visit bipenggou and li county. 谢谢老板的热情招待！

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

Our stay here was comfortable and suited for a short visit. The nightly service was great, and we enjoyed the dance performance, complimentary drink, and attentive service. A special mention goes to the lovely front desk lady who went above and beyond she even helped reheat some food we had brought from home. Breakfast was Chinese-style, which was fine for us, and the pool closed at 10:30 p.m. we wished it stayed open a bit later, but we understood the policy. We chose a room facing the river, which comes with an important note: there is heating but no cooling air conditioning in the bedroom. That said, the gentle sound of the river was like raindrops falling on a rooftop peaceful and relaxing. Once our bodies adjusted to the air, the mornings felt cool and refreshing, and we enjoyed a great night’s sleep.

性價比超高的一家寶藏酒店！位置特別好，離畢棚溝景區遊客中心步行衹要幾分鐘，不管是去景區還是理小路都很方便。酒店的環境很安靜，房間的隔音效果一級棒，晚上睡覺完全不會被外面的噪音打擾。床品柔軟舒適，睡起來特別解乏，早上醒來拉開窗簾就是滿眼的陽光，運氣好還可以見到雪山🏔️，心情都變好了。價格也很親民，花很少的錢就能享受到這麼優質的住宿體驗，真的太值了，必須五星好評！

Great location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay. We changed to a hot spring suite and it was worth it. Very spacious and well appointed. Front desk Shi Shi was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We also left some items in the hotel and she helped to advise on how we can retrieve them via courier. However the hot spring next door looked a bit sad, I think it would be a fabulous place to visit when it’s peak season and all the facilities are up.

The place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.
