"We recently stayed at this charming new hotel conveniently located just a short walk from the heart of the city, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant surprises of our trip. One of the things we appreciated most was the value for money — the room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the location and what was included. If you're driving, parking is no issue at all. There’s a parking area right behind the hotel, and the front desk offers discount coupons to help reduce the cost — a small touch that goes a long way. What made this hotel especially ideal for us was how easy it was to explore the city on foot. From the hotel, we walked to the Musical Instrument Museum and visited several other nearby attractions without needing to move the car. After a half day of exploring, we simply drove about 10 minutes to reach Yamaha Innovation Road, which was another highlight of our trip. While the hotel is on the smaller side, it never felt cramped. In fact, it gave off a cozy, boutique vibe that made our stay feel personal and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and their signature dish — the grilled eel fried rice — was absolutely delicious. It’s a must-try if you’re staying here! The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, including yukata robes, quality shampoo and soap, and even a humidifier in the room — perfect for keeping the air comfortable during dry seasons. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or helping with parking, their service truly stood out. All in all, this hotel offered a blend of convenience, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. If you're visiting the area and want a peaceful base with easy access to city attractions, excellent service, and that rare feeling of being genuinely welcomed — this is the place. We’d gladly stay here again."

"とても満足いく宿泊ができた。少し駅からは歩くが、その分落ち着いた雰囲気の立地だった。南側には多くの飲食店があり、食事にも困らなかった。ハッピアワーや掲載した写真のような夜食があるなど無料のサービスがとても充実していた。スタッフの方もエレベーターや入り口の外まで来て挨拶をしてくれるなどとても丁寧な接客をしてくれた。 部屋にアメニティは無く、フロント近くのアメニティスペースから持っていくスタイルだった。種類も豊富で申し分なかった。"

"這家酒店我個人不是特別推薦。是很老的酒店，但其實我對老酒店，特別是日本的老酒店一向是不在意的。 畢竟，一分價錢一分貨。而且日本很多老酒店保有的很好，也很乾凈。 這家酒店的主要問題是地理位置不是很理想，離濱松站，濱松主要的繁榮街餚町和濱松城公園都不近。地理位置是最大不理想。 其次是，我不小心定了一個吸煙房，這個是我的問題，沒關係。但是和前台借空清潔器被拒絕了，這就不太好了。 我覺得，作為一家老牌酒店（又不是那種超級便宜的廉價酒店），借個空氣清新器應該是理所當然的。"

"Öncelikle resepsiyondaki insanlar hakkında çok iyi bir izlenim edindim. Kelime seçimlerinde samimi olduklarını hissettim. Konumu da fena değildi. Arabayla seyahat ettiğim için istasyona olan mesafeyi bilmiyorum ama yakınlarda ticari tesisler vardı, bu yüzden yemek ve alışveriş için uygundu. Olanakları seçebileceğiniz servis eğlenceliydi. Çocuklar hoş geldin içeceğinden memnun kaldılar. Açık büfe kahvaltısından da faydalandık, ürün sayısı çok olmasa da fiyatına göre tatmin ediciydi. Personelin tepkisi de çok iyiydi. Tekrar Hamamatsu'ya gittiğimde tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim otel burası."

"位置就在濱松站斜對面，可以通過地下通道到門口，天氣不好的時候尤其方便。 酒店有點年頭了，設施維護得比較好，但中央空調出風口噪音有點大，馬桶不太老了，沖洗得一直按着。 無線有時不太穩定。 如果早到了，可以先將行李寄存在酒店。早餐比一般商務酒店豐富，尤其新鮮水果有蜜瓜，橙子，菠蘿等。"

"The place is exactly like in the photos. The room was very clean and plenty of space even after opening 2 luggages. The queen bed is huge and very comfortable. Toilet and shower is also very clean, but slightly cramp (usual jap style). Wet and dry area is separated. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The onsen was excellent, with a password for the female bath due to security reasons. Free wifi is very strong. Hotel is easy to find, and walking distance from the shinkansen (head towards the direction of the bus interchange). There is a convenience store on the opposite road. One of the staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. There is a welcome drink and able to get additional pillows from the counter. Will stay again"
