One of the things we appreciated most was the value for money — the room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the location and what was included. If you're driving, parking is no issue at all. There’s a parking area right behind the hotel, and the front desk offers discount coupons to help reduce the cost — a small touch that goes a long way. What made this hotel especially ideal for us was how easy it was to explore the city on foot. From the hotel, we walked to the Musical Instrument Museum and visited several other nearby attractions without needing to move the car. After a half day of exploring, we simply drove about 10 minutes to reach Yamaha Innovation Road, which was another highlight of our trip. While the hotel is on the smaller side, it never felt cramped. In fact, it gave off a cozy, boutique vibe that made our stay feel personal and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and their signature dish — the grilled eel fried rice — was absolutely delicious. It’s a must-try if you’re staying here! The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, including yukata robes, quality shampoo and soap, and even a humidifier in the room — perfect for keeping the air comfortable during dry seasons. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or helping with parking, their service truly stood out. All in all, this hotel offered a blend of convenience, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. If you're visiting the area and want a peaceful base with easy access to city attractions, excellent service, and that rare feeling of being genuinely welcomed — this is the place. We’d gladly stay here again."

"Öncelikle resepsiyondaki insanlar hakkında çok iyi bir izlenim edindim. Kelime seçimlerinde samimi olduklarını hissettim. Konumu da fena değildi. Arabayla seyahat ettiğim için istasyona olan mesafeyi bilmiyorum ama yakınlarda ticari tesisler vardı, bu yüzden yemek ve alışveriş için uygundu. Olanakları seçebileceğiniz servis eğlenceliydi. Çocuklar hoş geldin içeceğinden memnun kaldılar. Açık büfe kahvaltısından da faydalandık, ürün sayısı çok olmasa da fiyatına göre tatmin ediciydi. Personelin tepkisi de çok iyiydi. Tekrar Hamamatsu'ya gittiğimde tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim otel burası."

"Perfect hotel aardige medewerkers en royal aanbod ontbijt. Locatligt goed te bereiken vanuit de trein en Shinkansen. Wij hadden gedacht een zwembad te hebben, helaas seizoen sluit september. Dat was enig minpuntje, dat wordt niet vermeld bij de advertentie van Trip, misschien toevoegen!!!"

"ほんとに駅近で、便利。コンビニもすぐ。ハッピーアワータイムはドリンク1杯無料で、お酒は種類が豊富。ソフトドリンクもあります。アメニティーバーにはしっかりした入浴剤もあり◎。小さいけれど大浴場もあり、画像で見ていたよりも広かったです。お盆時期でしたが、19時代に行ったら誰もいらっしゃらなく、貸切でした。お部屋は壁紙とカーテンの組み合わせが素敵でした。朝食は朝日が入る明るい会場で、気持ち良く過ごせました。種類も多かったです。貸出品も多くワクワク感が高いホテル。スタッフの方は一生懸命仕事をされていました。"

"想像以上に施設設備が古く、不便を感じるシーンがありました。例えば、浴室内の湯温調整が難しく高温になりやすいので注意が必要です。 駐車場は敷地内に無料のものはなく、ホテル前に駐車可能なスペースが数台分(1日1200円)あるいは800円で利用出来る駐車場があります。"

"這家酒店我個人不是特別推薦。是很老的酒店，但其實我對老酒店，特別是日本的老酒店一向是不在意的。 畢竟，一分價錢一分貨。而且日本很多老酒店保有的很好，也很乾凈。 這家酒店的主要問題是地理位置不是很理想，離濱松站，濱松主要的繁榮街餚町和濱松城公園都不近。地理位置是最大不理想。 其次是，我不小心定了一個吸煙房，這個是我的問題，沒關係。但是和前台借空清潔器被拒絕了，這就不太好了。 我覺得，作為一家老牌酒店（又不是那種超級便宜的廉價酒店），借個空氣清新器應該是理所當然的。"
