"My recent stay at the Novotel Okinawa Naha was an absolute delight from start to finish. I chose this hotel for its central location, but it exceeded all my expectations in every way. **The Stay: Comfort and Convenience** The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are like clouds, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring Naha. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower, and the little sitting area was a nice touch. The view from our room was also lovely, offering a great look at the city. It’s the perfect peaceful retreat to return to. **The Food: A Delicious Surprise** We decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant on our first night, and we were so glad we did! The food was outstanding. We sampled both international dishes and local Okinawan specialties, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with a huge variety of options—from Japanese classics like miso soup and rice to Western favorites like fresh pastries and eggs. It was the perfect fuel to start our days. **Overall Experience** What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is also a major plus, making it easy to walk to Kokusai Street, the monorail, and other key attractions. We had a truly wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team at Novotel Naha for such a memorable trip. **We will surely come again** on our next visit to Okinawa!"

"Location - away from main dIstrict. Its ok if driving. Parking charges is 4x the normal parking rate opp the hotel. ONSEN - i had switched from another hotel to here because of Onsen. When booking the hotel..no mention of Onsen is not included in room package (reviews mentioned onsen is free) and it cost 2500 yen per pax to use each time. Very high charge considering the room is 25000 per night for the small room. DISAPPOINTED."

"Good service from check in to check out. Yuki at the reception was really helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was really clean but the toilet was a bit smelly from the pipe. Air con needs to be clean as the water dripping on the sofa. The pool was great size and relaxing when it’s no kid around. Public onsen was really clean and not busy in the morning so I could enjoy and relaxing during waiting for my washing. The hotel is on the end of Kokusai street so it’s very convenient to access everything you need including monorail station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time when we visit Okinawa."

"I couldn't have been more satisfied with my stay at this hotel, which boasts a nearly perfect location in the heart of Kokusaidori. It's strategically situated about a two-minute walk from the area's busiest section, offering the ideal balance of quiet comfort while still providing immediate access to shopping and dining. The proximity to transportation was also a huge plus, with the Naha Monorail just a two-minute walk away. Beyond the location, the experience was elevated by the genuinely super friendly staff and the surprisingly delightful breakfast, which was super tasty. Finally, I appreciated the unique touch of having a great selection of complimentary amenities available for guests to choose from in the lobby."

"A great location to discover main attractions e.g. Fish Market, Shopping street and restaurants Paint points, there is no cleaning service on weekends. We were there from Saturday to Tuesday. Our glasses and cups were not cleaned. Breakfast was fine. Parking staff were extremely helpful and friendly."

"We liked our stay here. The room was small but had a decent size bed and was comfortable overall. The hotel is a bit tucked away from the main road, and the parking is located on the other side down the street, which can be slightly inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was okay, but it would be nice to have more variety instead of the same menu every day. Despite these minor points, we had a pleasant stay."
