"오래된 호텔이지만, 정리가 잘되어있습니다. 숙박 시 온천 무료 제공이며, 유황온천이 진짜 쿰쿰하고 좋았어요. 지쿠고오이시역에서 차로 7-8분 인데, 역에는 택시가 없으니 미리 픽업서비스를 요청하시는게 좋을것같습니다. 요청하면 택시도 불러주세요. 모두 친절하셔서 좋은여행했습니다. 한국인 없이 일본의 분위기를 느끼고싶으시다면, 매우 추천드립니다!"

"두번째방문입니다. 지방출장때 시골 풍경이 좋아 우키하에 자주 들립니다 주변에 다른호텔이 많지만 하나케시키를 이용하는 이유는 가성비 때문입니다 호텔은 낡고 오래된것 같은데 장점도 많습니다. 온천물이 너무좋구요 직원들이 친절합니다 식사는 가격대비 적당합니다 주변 풍경이 좋은데 특히 석양이 아름다워요 다만 주위에 편의점이나 마트는 걸어서 15분은 걸어나가야하니 걷기 싫어하시는분들은 탣시를 이용하거나 호텔에서 자전거를 빌려 다녀오시면 될것 같습니다 가격이 적당하다는것은 주변호텔에 비해 제가 이용했을때 저렴했구요 그래서 가성비가 좋다는 판단을 했으니 최상의 서비스를 기대하는 분들께는 추천드리지 못합니다 식사하면서 다른분들과 얘기해보니 공통적으로 온천물이 너무좋다 시설은 낡았다 가격이 저렴하니 괜찮다는 생각은 똑같았어요 다음에 또 갈수있을것 같습니다 감사했습니다"

"This is my first time onsen experience in Japan. The staff was nice and taught me how to use the hot spring. The building is old yet clean and comfortable. The food is amazing. The hot spring is special. It was a great experience."

"The ryokan cum hotel is located in a historic town dating back to the Edo period, however, this building is only 106 years old consisting of 5 rooms. I stayed at the one with beds upstairs by way of access via a steep flight of stairs, definitely not for elderly. The room was nice and clean, heating and cooling by split type aircons, bathroom with a wooden tub, no TV. Reception unavailable after 6:30pm, if you want anything after that, WhatsApp them. Since the hotel is located right on a major road, therefore, it was extremely noisy all the time with road noise. Difficult to get a decent sleep. Breakfast was served at another location, about 8-10min walk to a 160 year old building. Food was yummy and service was attentive. A nice experience overall, but for the price I would choose another one where it's in a quieter location."
