Park Yeri Olan Lüksemburg Otelleri

My room is on the 3rd floor. The insulation is bad and I can hear the neighbours talking, and even worse, there is Non-stop music at the ground floor every evening at least until 00:30, which makes me crazy. Called to lower the volume, but nothing happened.

Excellent hotel. Easy access with T1 tram from airport or city. Big room. Clean. Definitely will book again if come to Luxembourg.

Yakın zamanda Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg'de kaldım ve konumu mükemmel; önemli turistik yerlere ve toplu taşıma araçlarına kolay erişim sağlıyor. Oda genişti, bolca konfor ve hareket alanı sağlıyordu, bu da dinlenmek için keyifli bir ortam sağlıyordu. Ancak, yatağın kişisel tercihime göre biraz fazla yumuşak olduğunu fark ettim ve bu da uyku kalitemi etkiledi. Genel olarak, harika bir konuma ve geniş oda boyutlarına sahip harika bir otel, ancak daha sert bir yatak tercih ediyorsanız, rezervasyon yapmadan önce bunu göz önünde bulundurmak isteyebilirsiniz.

Sadece 2 gün boyunca buradaydık, ancak konumu güzeldi, personel son derece cana yakındı, park yeri kolaydı, geniş alana sahip odalar, iyi bir kahvaltı ve tüm restoranların vb. bulunduğu eski şehre sadece 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Kesinlikle burada tekrar kalacağım!

I stayed at the DoubleTree Luxembourg with my 80-year-old father, who is unwell and was extremely tired after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately, the room we were given was right next to the elevator motors, and the noise kept both of us awake almost the entire night. My father finally managed to fall asleep around 7:00–7:30 AM after hours of discomfort. However, at 8:00 AM, there was a knock on our door. I opened it half-asleep, and the staff member simply said “It’s ok” and walked away. I later saw the same person again in uniform, so clearly they were a member of the hotel team. I still cannot understand why they knocked at that time, and what exactly was “ok,” especially when it was obvious the room had severe noise issues and guests could still be resting. I shared all of this with the reception team and politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of a brief conversation or even a quick acknowledgment, I was handed a handwritten note with the manager’s email. After travelling with an elderly parent who was in pain and exhausted, I was genuinely hoping for a bit of understanding or empathy. Even a short apology would have meant a lot at that moment. I should mention that breakfast was also quite basic and didn’t match the DoubleTree standard I’m familiar with, so overall the stay was unfortunately far below what I usually experience with Hilton properties. I’m writing this not to complain for the sake of complaining, but because the situation placed my father—who is already unwell—under a lot of unnecessary stress. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, this experience was difficult for me, and I sincerely hope management can review what happened and decide on an appropriate way to make this right.

This hotel was a great find. Room was sparklingly clean and comfortable. Equipped with hairdryer, iron, mini bar and plenty of bathroom amenities. Perfectly located opposite the main train station, just a 20 min walk into centre or a 5 min tram ride.  Staff were friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. I would certainly stay here again.

Otobüs durağına yakınlığıyla tercih edilen otel, gerçekten temiz, odalar çok güzel dekore edilmiş, resepsiyon ve oda servisi Almanca iletişim kurabiliyor (check-in kılavuzu Fransızca, İngilizce ve Almanca olarak mevcut). Kıta yemekleri lezzetli (eğer alışık değilseniz yakınlarda bir dondurma dükkanı ve Subway var)

Het ontbijt en het zwembad waren super, alleen er was niet doorgegeven dat wij met zijn drieën waren dus stuurde ze ons eerst naar boven en er moest een los bed bij gezet worden, Wij hadden kamer 450, de kamer en douche waren schoon alleen de kamer te klein voor 3 personen, De vloerbedekking vol vieze vlekken en de bedden waren al langere tijd versleten,  Niet zomaar versleten echt dat ik  rug klachten aan overgehouden heb, eerste nacht 3 uur geslapen en de t****e nacht 2 uur en de rest in een stoel zitten dommelen

Konumu çok iyi. Lüksemburg'un tüm önemli turistik mekanlarına yürümek on dakikadan fazla sürüyor. Otelin zemin katında çok sayıda park yeri bulunmaktadır, ayrıca yer altı otoparkı da mevcuttur ve otopark ücretsizdir. Dolayısıyla buraya arabayla gitmek bizim için çok rahattı. Oda da çok temizdi ve ön büro personeli hevesli ve sabırlıydı. Brüksel'de bir park cezasım olduğundan ve üzerindeki kelimeleri anlamadığımdan, ön büro personeli onu okumama yardımcı olmak için çok istekliydi ve bilgileri kontrol edin. Çok teşekkür ederim.
