From the moment we arrived, our stay at the Sunway Grid Residences SR Homes was nothing short of exceptional. This property has truly put in the effort to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for its guests. The check-in process was an absolute breeze, thanks to the detailed instructions provided ahead of time. It removed any potential stress right at the start. However, what truly set this stay apart was the dedicated support from the management. The admin team in the group chat is incredibly responsive, typically replying within minutes. It felt like having a personal concierge service—efficient, friendly, and hugely reassuring. The property itself is well maintained and felt immaculate throughout our visit. It is truly great for entertaining family with young children, offering a fun and stimulating environment. The array of amenities is good, with a well equipped fitness center, a beautiful swimming pool, and an entertaining games room. There’s something for everyone to enjoy! For those driving, having a free parking space with a designated lot provided was a major convenience and one less thing to worry about. The car park is spacious and brightly lit. Just a crucial note for future guests: be sure to bring your own pool towels, as they are not provided at the swimming facility. Overall, if you are looking for a well maintained, family-friendly residence paired with outstanding, responsive customer service, the Sunway Grid Residences by SR Home is the ideal choice. It's also a great staging location for those visiting Legoland, which is just minutes' drive away. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Location: Near Legoland and not too far from CIQ. Best if you’re driving, but Grab is available (just fewer drivers around, so book in advance). No shops or eateries nearby. You’ll need to head to Mall of Medini or order via Grab. Cleanliness: Cleaner than many other apartments I’ve stayed in. Just minor dust on the diffuser and bedsheet, but nothing that affected comfort. Service: Excellent service, with fast replies on WhatsApp (except after 10pm). Would be great if there was a drying rack, but amenities like iron, hairdryer, hangers, and even a water dispenser were provided, which was really thoughtful. Facilities: Gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Vending machines in the lobby were also convenient for quick snacks and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great service and facilities. Very convenient for those visiting Legoland.

I’ve seen this hotel many times, but this was our first stay and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s probably one of the better hotels in JB, especially for its affordable price. This  2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is spacious and comes with a proper kitchen, utensils, and a washing machine. It’s a serviced apartment with a sea and greenery view. The place is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the WiFi is better than most hotels in the area. There is a nearby supermarket, The Pasar, and several restaurants along the lake, which makes it very convenient for meals and groceries. One suggestion for improvement: there are many switches for the lights, air-conditioning, and fan. It would be helpful to label them so guests don’t have to guess which switch controls what.

Studio room is spacious and clean. TV working fine, aircon is powerful. Hotel is very quiet even on a weekend. Front desk staffs are patient and friendly. We opted for the buffet breakfast and loved it, variety indeed was limited but the Thai food prepared by the restaurant was good. The only problem I see is probably their car park which is shared with another building, small, tight and quite dim, got to exercise more caution when parking at night as the pillars are at irregular locations and unexpected. Parking fee for 3D2N is RM10 with security checks.

Spacious, family‑friendly layouts: Suites with 2 bedrooms, full kitchens, washer/dryer—great for extended families or staycations. Convenience of location (Hard Rock Café downstairs, close to Legoland). But the sofa really needs an upgrade for better comfort and cleanliness. A newer or firmer set would really improve the guest experience.

Difficult to contact the customer services. 3 lines of contacts listed in the email are not directly the ones who will give you the answer. Check out time is too early, 11h am, that made my family miss the trip to the city centre in the morning as planned as afraid cannot come back in time to check out. Hope this will improve.

We recently stayed at Elysia Park Medini by Stayrene for a night. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The view from the balcony was stunning. We enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was very convenient.

Place is clean. There is an 2 option to park the motorcycle. Open carpark with camera and indoor carpark with gantry. Parking provided free. Security very tight. Air con have 2 , ceiling have 2. Have washing machine, can hang dry. Only television app is youtube overall. Good for stay.. high floor.

i have nothing bad to say, this is definitely 1 of the best hotel apartment i have ever stayed. my youngest son doesn't want to leave the hotel. he cried and ran back to the lift lobby asking to go back to the hotel room when we had already checked out. great for families, breakfast was ok , quite good, the room excellent, pool was nice and cold. definitely coming back here.

Such a nice place and location.. the studio is ample enough for both of us..everything is provided plus cooking utensils and washing machine.. if the owner could provide dryer is better for those staying more than 3 days..i’m really satisfied and wish to book again if i’m going to Johor in the future .. tqvm
