"Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday.
It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you."

"Nice place which is near Cagsaua Ruins. Very Clean room, comfy beds, there's no landline telephone in our room though. There were issues with regards to nobody answering our calls, room cleaning had to be followed up cause upon returning from our tour after 4 hours hindi pa nagawa, and inconsistencies in shuttle rules that were confusing. However, we were happy naman cause the staff were courteous and respectful."

"We're excited that it finally re-opened. Here's our review:
ROOM
Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay.
RESTAURANT
Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving.
Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast.
POOL
Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo.
SERVICE
The staff are all respectful.
PRICE
It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients."

"The place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk."

"The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests.
The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days."

The location was not nice. We rode a jeep from the main city for 1 hour. (we tried to get a taxi but they said we need to pay 3000 pesos)
The service was nice. we enjoyed a pool. And we could have a free breakfast.

IIcayThis place is just 7 min walk from the Legazpi Grand Terminal (buses to and from other provinces/regions). It's right next to Pacific Mall for groceries, pharmacy, Watsons, etc. It's also walking distance to Ayala. It alsi has a great view of Mayon.
Tess and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was raining so Tess lent us an umbrella.

I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option).
Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins.
One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

The room we were given was very simple, water pressure in the shower was low but overall it was okay given that there werent other hotels to choose from. We will definitely come back. MMi amore_18This place is best for a nearby get up within the city. The bed is just normal though the room is big but no other supplies where you can hang your clothes. The receptionist is not welcoming, sometimes you can hear loud noises outside the hallway and sometimes I am awake when I'm asleep. One should be welcoming and pleasing whenever greetings some guests. I can suggest this to couples , friends, even solo travelers who just want to stay there for a resst but prefer to travel and visit nearby places since it is accessible.

JJay TravelWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
