這是一家讓我特別驚喜的酒店，有温度，很細心的酒店，在清邁住了20天這個酒店性價比最高，服務最周到，服務員最熱情，最細心，他會為每個客户準備需要的東西，提供優質的服務，早餐也很用心，房間，佈置的很精緻，我很喜歡，還有免費提供水果 下午茶 ，給孩子提供玩具之類的，太完美了、住這裏真是不錯的選擇…超出了我的預期…酒店還有一位漂亮的泰國老闆娘還會一些中文，真的很棒👍

很少寫酒店評論 但是這個一定要寫。 非常好的酒店，服務有温度。 服務人員會想到很小的細節。 女兒早上賴床，早餐經理會準備打包盒，幫我們給女兒準備早餐帶回去。 安排行程有問必答。 在清邁遇到了歷史最大洪水，一切行程都被打亂。 酒店在重災區， 從頭到尾都為我們考慮，儘自己最大力量安排。 我們坐着小船，由四個酒店服務員，包括一名副經理，在齊胸的水裡推着船，經過一個小時才到陸地。 酒店安排了其他酒店，帶我們脱離困境。 非常感謝你們。 記憶深刻的酒店！

We had a twin room for short one night stay to explore Chiang Mai University and see the vibes of local uni students, location is great and have all necessities within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staffs, conversational English skills. Easy to call grab just from outside of the hotel, but try avoiding traffic rush hour when everyone is heading to university in the morning or coming down to and from night market at the late evenings. Also suitable for families to stay here as well, they have plenty of children play stuffs at the lobby.

Çocuklar için ranza ve kaydırak bulunan bir aile odası ayırttık ve kral yatağımıza ek olarak. Ancak odada ve tuvalette çok sayıda kanalizasyon sineği/kanalizasyon sivrisineği vardı (en az 10-15 tanesini öldürdü): perdelerde, ana kral yatağının ve ranza yatağının yastıklarının arkasında. İkinci kez giriş yaptığımda, şampuanın diğer konukların sümükleriyle lekelendiğini gördüm, ancak personel bunu öğrendikten sonra hemen şişeyi değiştirdi. Beautiful hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. Loved taking a dip and lounging by the pool after a day of exploring. Staff are great and very helpful. I loved the location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Nimman but only a short walking distance away. Close to Maya shopping mall and One Nimman shopping complex. Loads of restaurants, cafes, and spas around the area. Convenient Grab/Bolt pick up and drop off point. A good walking distance to the old city and night bazaars. Also not too far from the airport. Will definitely stay here again. Set a very good 1st time Chiangmai experience.

We especially loved the cozy dining setups and the gentle lighting that made evenings feel magical. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s clear they care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great food, aesthetic charm, and heartfelt service, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Stay in Villa Mahabhirom was fantastic from the rooms to the service. We were greeted with smiles and warmth by the staff as we arrived at the villa ....special mention to Driver (his name), He is very informative and speaks clearly , The staff including hotel manager Yaya were so pampering. After the checked in we were surprise with 2 birthday cakes, beautifully decorated with fruits and flowers and presented by all the staff of that day with birthday song .. They were so thoughtful and the gesture really touches us. The villa has the most beautiful garden, very well kept with healthy plants and trees. We were always greeted with smiles and cares as we go in and out of the villa, All the staff are very well trained....good job, Yaya, Driver and Eye. We will definitely come again.

This hotel is located on Kuay kaew Road, is very good. location, the building probably more than 20 yrs old, but the room is still functioning, and also, reasonable price, I paid around 25$ for 1 night, including the buffet breakfast, staff are friend have TV.with multiple internationl highly recommended for solo traveling.

If you want a room with good price located inside old town then you should consider this place. However there are some pro and con for your information. Pro: reasonable price. Great location. Friendly staffs swimming pool. Con: room should be a bit more clean than that. AC was really loud.
