We recently stayed at Ben’s House Villa in Bangsaen and it was absolutely amazing! The house is spotless, cozy, and perfectly organized, making it feel like a home away from home. Mr. Ben is incredibly accommodating and spoiled us with his hospitality—he even volunteered to be our personal tour guide for the entire stay, showing us the best spots in Bangsaen and treating us to delicious meals outside. What truly sets Ben’s House apart is the little (and big) extras: the fridge is stocked with free Coke, ice cream, bottled water, snacks, and even brown rice—everything you could need is right there, no extra charge. Mr. Ben personally took care of me and my whole team, making sure we were comfortable and happy every day. His warmth and generosity made our trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay in Bangsaen with a host who goes above and beyond, Ben’s House Villa is hands down the best choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

The room is very clean. The breakfast has various of food such as Sushi, American Breakfast, Thai food etc. Staffs friendly. Beach in front of building is clean and proper for kids. Should has sun lounger at the beach will be better.

Good location and clean. Full of amenities and clean towels. Free bottles of water. Quick check-in & check-out service. Hotel staffs explained how to use a key and how to access the hotel in night time, very useful. And of course, plenty of parking !!

A Fantastic Stay at Novotel Star Rayong Convention I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Star Rayong Convention, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. Check-in was seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern, clean, and inviting. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I loved the little touches like the quality toiletries and great city views. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—an impressive spread with a wide variety of local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The dining area was well-maintained, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. The convention facilities were also top-notch, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Whether you’re attending an event or just looking for a relaxing getaway, this hotel truly delivers. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Novotel Star Rayong Convention to anyone visiting the area. Just behind the university, with nice streets food, washing center. Breakfast was a very nice rice porridge soup.  The rest of the breakfast ok.  Rooms very clean and get cleaned every day with fresh towels. The residence is like a little apartment complex with a nice garden, Swimmingpool on the roof and gym. Because the university is just around you have the chance to play with the students basketball.

Low Service - Deposit 500THB cash only. I saw another guest no cash and have to go ATM machine outside. - Key card provide for guest 1 room 1 key. Key card have to tab in lift for security. If you stay in the room and your friend have to go outside so you have to move your key card from electric control box to pick up your friend or family to return. I already requested but front desk had refused… very very uncomfortable. - YouTube and Netflix are not easy to connect so I compare with other hotels from my experience. - Breakfast is a small bread or roll and a cup of hot drink only. - I did not see tissue paper in the room.
