"Best point is hotel is near Impact Arena. There is a covered overpass connecting to Impact Arena which is a 10min walk. It is also well lit when walking back at night. Since the receptionist knew the guests were there for the concert we were able to checkin earlier."

"The room I stayed in was the standard type. It looked older than I expected and was quite small. The lighting was pretty dim (maybe that’s part of the concept). There were no bathrobes,. The hot water temperature was stable, which was nice. The shower gel smelled really good, I liked it. Met housekeepers at the corridor but no greeting to guest, I did not expect anyone pay attention on me but just compared with other hotels. Front desk and restaurant staff seem nice but not so much interact with the guests. Breakfast was quite good, and the lhotel location is excellent for anyone attending events at Impact. Overall, it was good."

"Stayed here during an event at Impact and found the Botanic Service Room to be a great value. The room is small but cosy, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was within reach.
Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice selection of items and even one local Thai dish that added a special touch. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were polite and accommodating.
Overall, it’s a simple but comfortable place with a warm vibe. Ideal if you're attending something at Impact or need a short, hassle-free stay."

"Around 40 mins by train from SIAM BTS. Just 2 minutes walk to Pink Line BTS but less people around. Not quiet because many vehicles went through the road in front of the hotel. The nearby Shopping Center looked not large but didn't expect we could stay over 5 hours. The Department Store named 'Central' was new for us. Hotel looked not large. Our floor was only 17 rooms. Lobby was general but clean and new. Receptionists were nice and helpful. Room cleanliness was very good, had enough space. Shower space could lay an audit. View was wide. Just an unknown building blocked part of the scene. Over 80 channels was selectable on TV. Just no Hong Kong channel. We were on 16/F, even the facing road was noisy. It was no effect for us. Breakfast was good, variety not much and changed few on the 2nd day."

"I booked this hotel mainly because it’s relatively close to impact arena. The hotel facilities were decent, with a clean room, comfortable bed, and good Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth.
The hotel was also able to assist in receiving a parcel before my check-in, which was very helpful and well-handled. There is also a 7-11 right infront of the hotel.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re in Bangkok for a concert near Impact or if you needed a place to rest near DMK airport. Great location and good value for the price."

"This hotel is close to impact arena and serves its purpose. Price to experience is fairly good. The midnight receptionist was helpful in solving my leaked AC. Fyi the hotel doesn't have elevator, comprised of 4 floors."

MMisafir KullanıcıThe room was everything we wished for, very close walking distance to Impact Arena/Challenger, close to convenience store and street restaurant. Towels, soap, sample of hair treatment are available and we appreciated it. Two bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived, spacious room, calm. The owner was very helpful if we had any questions on how to check in/out, really quick answers, it allowed us to enjoy our stay and not to worry about anything, I recommend 100%!

MMomomod23My room for this trip is a Grand deluxe river view room, the room is spacious and full of useful amenities (They also provide you with a fresh fruit plate which is so lovely). The bed is huge and comfy as well as the A/C that works super good!
They do have 2 pools, one outdoor and another one in the middle of the hotel.
I would love to suggest this for the one who's looking for a cozy and peaceful place to stay in Nonthaburi where you can enjoy the great view of the Chao Phraya River, I feel so relaxed on this trip (10/10)

Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too.
There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go.
You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.)
The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

MMisafir KullanıcıÖzellikle fuar için, sergi salonuna yürüme mesafesindeki otelde istediğim oda tipi yoktu, bu yüzden burayı tercih ettim. Pansiyonlar size yerel halkın yaşam tarzı hakkında gerçek bir fikir verebilir, yemek ve alışveriş oldukça rahattır ve fiyatlar da oldukça ucuzdur. Ama belki aşağıda çok sayıda satıcı vardır, bu nedenle geceleri sokakta çok sayıda hamamböceği olur. Oda çok temiz değildi ama fiyatına göre çok da sorun değildi. Hayat fonksiyonları çok iyi ve övgüye değer. Yakındaki dükkânlarda yiyecek ucuzdur. Yol kenarındaki tezgahlardan bahsetmiyorum bile.

LLady VVThis was a great location for the exhibition center. I wouldn't have wanted to stay there alone as it's in a bit of a back area, however near to malls and 7/11. The people were friendly and the room was clean. I would stay again for the exhibition center.
