"We had an enjoyable stay, particularly because of the variety of animals on the property, including deer, giraffe, parrots, and meerkats, which provided a unique and engaging experience for the children. The swimming pool was pleasant and well-maintained, though it would have been beneficial to have a gym available, especially for older children and teenagers looking to stay active during the stay. The breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items; however, the variety and overall quality of the food were fairly average and did not particularly stand out. On a positive note, the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were consistently polite, courteous, and friendly, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant family-friendly stay, with the animal encounters being a memorable highlight for the children."

"First off: the hotel has just opened and parts are still under construction, so there's room for improvement here and there, but the staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful. The location is beautiful, nestled in greenery and very well laid out. The highlight, Bromo National Park, is only about a 15-minute drive away. We felt like we were the only guests, but we were able to use everything, from the heated indoor pool to table tennis, billiards, and foosball. The food is delicious and varied. Since we were practically the only guests, there was understandably no breakfast buffet, but it would have been helpful to inform us about this beforehand. Then we and the staff could have prepared accordingly, and there would have been less confusion."
