"We stayed for a week here in April. The hotel had just opened and everything was freshly painted. The gardens are beautifully kept and the staff are very attentive. We had a studio it was lovely and clean and spacious and we had a great big balcony. The cleaners came in every other day and changed the bedding and towels. Helena and her family who own the hotel are lovely and nothing is too much trouble . We are in the hotel and the food was very good quality plentiful and reasonably priced. We love the area of Pernera as it’s quieter than protaras and we like to walk a lot. We will definitely return."

"Personel çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdi, geldiğimiz andan itibaren bizimle ilgilendiler. Yemekler gerçekten çok güzeldi 👍 ve uzun yolculuktan sonra bile yemek bulabildik 😀 Çok acıkmıştık ve hatta su ve sandviç bile bıraktılar. Yakınlarda dükkanlar ve barlar geç saatlere kadar açık. Şehir merkezine biraz daha uzak ama sahile yürüyerek şehir merkezine ulaşmak sadece 30-40 dakika sürüyor. Müdür oteline ve personeline çok iyi bakıyor, hatta size merhaba demek için bile zaman ayırıyor. Bu yüzden teşekkür ederim."

"You come abroad on holiday to relax and enjoy the sun…. This hotel you have to leave the pool at 6pm we accepted this and just wanted to sit in the sun on the loungers we were then told we can’t!!! I’ve travelled the whole world and have never ever been told we can’t sit outside after 6pm. Still after 24 hours we have no shower head on the shower I’ve asked twice for it to be put on so we can wash. We also have no towels or shower gel/hand soap products in the room. There is no remote for the TV no iron. We have stayed in Cyprus 9 times we understand new hotels need to start somewhere BUT 3 times I have been to reception and had 7/8 different staff members in my room and no one can understand we just want to shower!!!!"

"Güzel konumu ile bu sevimli otelde 11 gecelik bir konaklamadan yeni döndüm. Biz her şey dahildik, ayrıca yemekler harikaydı, birçok seçenek vardı, bize mutlu bir yüz ve Stelios şefi d ve ekibi tarafından iyi bir hizmetle iyi bakıldık. İyileştirilmiş, deniz manzaralı, spa küvetli superior odamız, çok yardımcı olan ve her zaman otel çevresinde her şeyin sorunsuz bir şekilde çalıştığından emin olan Operasyon Müdürü Antonis tarafından çözüldü. Havuzun etrafında ve çimenlik alanlarda bol miktarda ücretsiz şezlong vardı. Plaj çok güzeldi, tüm gün boyunca 2 şezlong için 5 avro ödedik ki makul olduğunu düşündük. Her gün değiştirilen ücretsiz plaj havlusu otelden hoş bir dokunuştu. Barların etrafındaki garsonlar ve garsonlar, içeceklerinizin mükemmel hizmetle tekrar doldurulmasını sağlamakta çok iyiydi. Resepsiyondaki personel de her türlü soru veya isteğimiz konusunda çok yardımcı oldu. Sonuçta bu otelde kusur bulamadık ve eğer yapabilseydik 6 yıldız verirdik kesinlikle tavsiye ederim Teşekkür ederim"

"Lovely hotel with a lot of plus points but some minus they definitely need to work on. Firstly the plus. Clean and new hotel, rooms are adequate and lifts either end of hotel and in middle so never waiting too long, maids are great, very professional and the electronic clean my room or do not disturb buttons are brilliant, we were half board only made breakfast once as like a lie in lol, breakfast was ok, evening meals were standard, draught lager was awful but i do find that in most bars in Cyprus. Pool area awesome never struggled for a sunbed and these are deluxe sunbeds, so comfy, great location with station bar opposite which we spent most nights in, pernera 15 min walk (house of lithos best live music) or protaras 20 min walk which we didn’t bother with much. Staff here are lovely no issues. Ok minus points. Only 2 The animation team (2 young girls) and entertainment i get the animation team are young and probably first time doing this job but its not for them. No get up and go whatsoever, hotel states activities during day but they do not happen, one girl only ever appears in the day, puts stuff out ie goal net, swimming noodles, ball then disappears, doesn’t interact with anyone so no one knows whats happening, then 20 mins later collects equipment in? Then on the evening, quiz/karaoke, music is quiet and only one mic so hardly anyone bothers! Only saw one singer on one night for 20 mins she was ok but then again no introduction she just started singing lol. This needs addressing as it would be difference to me coming back or not"

"Bence, bu mekana ikinci kez geldiğimde, Utsav'ın ne kadar özverili olduğuna ve bir şey isteyen kişiyi önceden nasıl algıladığına ve her ülkenin zevkine uygun çözümler önerdiğine hayran kaldım. Turizm sektöründe nadir bulunan bir insan çünkü bu özel oteli en iyi şekilde değerlendirmeyi başarıyor. Onun gibi insanları tutmak ve başkalarına öğretebileceği bir pozisyona getirmek için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapmalarını tavsiye ederim. Kesinlikle tüm ailemizle üçüncü kez geri döneceğiz ve bu oteli Fransa'daki arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye edeceğiz... rüya gibi bir tatil... teşekkürler Utsav! Papouis Protaras Hotel ex smartline Protaras ★★★

"We went on the 31st May for 7 nights and the hotel was amazing, it was immaculate and the room were okay sizes we have an interconnecting door and one room had a sofa bed added in which made it a bit smaller but was manageable the side bed was okay. The towels are only changed every 3 days which we had never experienced so we just had to dry them on the balcony. The food was 5 star switched up with lots of variety. I always managed to fill my plate with plenty of delicious meats. My only downside was that fresh fruit like melon wasn’t offered all the time which I love. The pools were lovely they were both the same depth of 150cm which was perfect for us they were cold but lovely and refreshing in the heat. Plenty of parasols with one every 2 sunbeds which was really good as always had to fight for them in the past. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and the first hotel I have been to were they served you around the pool and meal times but they didn’t always understand what your ment as we enjoy a Bianca and lemonade. The location was good it took us a few days to find the strip but just walk down the beach and walk right along the beach and your will get to fig tree bay (lovely but busy beach) and there are plenty of shops. My only negative about the hotel was the entertainment the circus comedy was really good and the international dancing but we never had bingo which was advertised and the aqua aerobics wasn’t very good as she was doing exercises that weren’t possible to do in the water. They were only a team of three until the last day we were there and there was 7 of them and a large amount of people came so it might of just been because the hotel wasn’t as busy. The main entertainment guy was a bit creepy and rude he wasn’t very good at his job and sat at the back drinking beer a lot of them time. The mini disco was bad as the dancer was just making it up as she goes so the children didn’t really know what to do. Overall amazing holiday would definitely come back but the just need to improve their entertainment team."
