There is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new! The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

這家酒店整體體驗非常棒，必須好評！位置絕佳，處於商圈核心地段，出行辦事都很方便。服務熱情周到，前台辦理入住快速高效，工作人員態度温和有耐心，有需求都能及時響應。房間設施齊全乾凈，床品舒適，衞浴整潔無異味，隔音效果也很好，睡得很安心。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，新鮮可口，味道超出預期。周邊交通便利，公交、打車都很方便，不管是旅遊還是出差都很合適。性價比超高，環境安靜整潔，下次來還會選擇入住，強烈推薦！

The hotel is good, clean, nicely located near the metro and shopping street. The staff is very friendly and did its best to provide a good service even without speaking any English. The room is cozy and clean, quiet and well ventilated. As a fellow hospitality professional I’d like to suggest some little fixes that could be easily done (please look at the pictures). The bedsheets should retire already, the door lock doesn’t work, the wallpaper should be glued back, the bed head has a nail sticking out, the AC works well, but near the bed drops water from the round patch above. Do not take these as a negative feedback, I’d just want to help you to do the best what you doing.

每次客户來都會選擇公司旁邊的栢景、前台服務熱情周到 ，房間乾淨明亮，就空調聲音有點大，向前台反應之後前台王主管立馬幫忙換房，還親自上來送房卡幫忙拿行李。服務真的很好，開票找管家，都是秒回的.生肖卡套客户也覺得很棒，每次來節氣茶水也都不一樣，新年快到了，年味都有了.

這個酒店，它是位於小區內部，挺安靜的一個房間，然後佈置他們店家都是很用心的在佈置，有抽油煙機，小冰箱，衣櫃，居家用品很齊全。 設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，樓下就是小區的周邊肖，理髮的，吃飯的都很便利。 店家小哥也比較細緻，怕我找不着圖文並茂的給我描述了酒店的位置。就是忘了拍照了 ٩（๑′0`๑）۶

We absolutely adore this place! The atmosphere is perfect for relaxation, with its inviting hot springs, delightful afternoon tea service, soothing sound bowl experiences, and delectable Chinese cuisine. Our room was spacious and clean. We will certainly return and enthusiastically recommend it to our friends. 房間很乾凈，無異味 設備齊全 周圍沒有商業街環境很安靜 外賣還是有很多的，適合出差人員暫住。老闆也很熱情。。

這次出行訂的酒店真的給我很大驚喜！從踏入酒店的那一刻，前台工作人員熱情的笑容就讓我旅途的疲憊減輕不少，辦理入住手續也十分迅速，完全沒有等待的焦慮。 房間寬敞明亮，佈局很合理 ，每一處裝飾細節都透露着酒店的用心。床鋪軟硬適中，睡起來特別舒服，一夜好眠，第二天精神滿滿。衞生間乾淨整潔，各種設施完備，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品品質也很好，用着特別舒心。 酒店的早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。健身房器材齊全，滿足了我日常鍛鍊的需求。周邊交通便利，不管是去景點還是找美食都超方便。這次入住體驗感超棒，下次出行還選這家！
