Perfect airport hotel to relax before flying out. I had a great view of the water, railway, and planes flying in. The noise was minimal, just a whizzing by bullet train once in a while, weeerrooooo, it was so cool to watch. I was able to see the sunset, my room had huge windows. They really thought of everything, a mini fridge a kettle, essential oil diffuser, yoga mat, yoga block, foam roller, and more. I was too full from eating on my Wuhan trip that I skipped the restaurants but I love the idea of keeping things healthy and fresh. The staff were friendly, check in and check out was a breeze. I was offered fresh fruits when I arrived and they were delicious. I also asked for an airport shuttle and made it to the airport with no issues. I had a lovely stay, the hospitality was wonderful. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

這次住的這家酒店真的超出預期！ 一進大堂就被簡約高級的設計吸引了，走廊的綠植和燈光搭配得特別有氛圍感，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。 房間的佈局很舒服，大床軟硬度剛好，睡起來特別香。沙發和小茶几的設計很貼心，晚上回來泡一壺茶，看着窗外的城市夜景，簡直不要太愜意。 衞生間是乾濕分離的，大理石枱麪和超大浴缸都很有質感，尤其是窗邊的浴缸，白天能看城景，晚上能泡着澡看夜景，體驗感直接拉滿！ 服務也特別到位，保潔阿姨收拾得很仔細，有什麼需求響應都很快。早上拉開窗簾看到雪景裏的老城區和教堂頂，那一刻真的被美到了。 不管是出差還是旅行，都強烈推薦來住，絕對是能讓人記住的舒適體驗！

Arrived in Wuhan around 6 AM—tired with a one-year-old baby. Check-in time was 2 PM, but we got instantly approved for early check-in when they saw we were traveling with a baby. They took just 10 minutes to set up the baby crib for us. The room was already clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. The location is great—situated on the 7th floor of a mall, making it super convenient to access food and markets. Will definitely book here again when we visit family and friends in Wuhan!

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes. By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.

The room was clean and beautiful also it was close for the beautiful places in the city and the stuff was very helpful

The flat is comfortable and the host is very kind. However, the room was not very clean: the air conditioner spread dirty things in the air. Secondly, one the beds was very hard and uncomfortable. Lastly, we were 3 people but there were only 2 towels.

At first i was a little disappointed because it was in an old facility, and some of the things in the apartment were a little old, but the view was nice, and the apartment was very comfortable. The service was quick and fast, there’s was no time to waste. Overall, it was good.

Didn't see a single foreigner when I stayed here for over a week. Front desk is run by transient volunteers, so you may or may not have an English speaker (probably not). This place is pretty good. Nice common room and outside porch area. The dorms have their own bathroom which is nice. Location is really good. It's easy to walk to the riverside and a bunch of different food options/stores. A metro station (line 5) is about a 10 minute walk. For the price, I'd recommend this place. Just bring earplugs.
