"We spent Mother’s Day weekend at Kievits Kroon Gauteng Wine Estate and had the most amazing experience. My son and I were treated so well by the staff from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely incredible, both dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The Mother’s Day gourmet picnic was definitely a highlight. From the live band and sushi stations to the entertainment for the little ones, everything was thoughtfully planned and created such a beautiful atmosphere for families. We always love coming here for a staycation because it truly feels like you’ve escaped to the Winelands. The hotel is spotless, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and having a spa onsite is such a bonus. It is also one of the few places where children can play freely while parents feel completely at ease about safety. This place has honestly become our second home. The staff are warm, friendly, and always go out of their way to make every stay comfortable and memorable. If you are visiting Pretoria or simply looking for a peaceful staycation, this is an absolute must-stay. 100% recommended, definitely one of Pretoria’s hidden gem."

"Just delightful in every way. We were fortunate to enjoy the Presidential Suite for 4 nights and 1 night in another room. The suite was something else and we loved it. The room was spacious and we enjoyed that too. The staff here are tremendous and know the area and could not be more helpful. The dining experience was wonderful every night and we highly recommend this absolutely lovely hotel."

No eating facilities, that is dinner, but a decent bar and excellent pricing for the sumptuous habitat. Decent breakfast and garden views and greenery in a slopy landscape. Fine vista across to the hills. Private garage at no extra price"

"When we arrived at Ivory Manor the entire front driveway was being ripped up and replaced so it was a little bit disconcerting, however the staff made sure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible. Our room was up a beautiful staircase and our room also beautiful and HUGE with a lovely bathroom and a great big bathtub .. bliss. We had dinner in the restaurant that night .. fabulous food and wonderful service .. a good old fashioned menu with the highlight being Beef Wellington .. I can't remember the last time I saw this on a menu and it was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also something to behold, we kind of felt like we were staying at our Rich Aunty's Grand Manor House rather than a hotel. It was really lovely."

No door to bathroom Place dirty, walls dirty mold in shower Definitely stay away I did not want to sleep under the covers everything just felt dirty, was to late to move to anther guest house."

"The hotel is a little old and offers spacious rooms with good bathrooms. The proximity to the neighboring building can be a little noisy - better to take a room on the upper floors ;-). Very friendly staff, very clean, the evening meal buffet wasn't really our thing in terms of taste. There's nothing you can do about that. The canned fruit we found at breakfast was sobering - which in our opinion is completely unacceptable in such a fruit-rich country! It's OK for one night and the government seat is a stone's throw away."
