We’ve just returned from seven days of heaven, what an amazing holiday we all had. My husband and I took our adult kids with us, aged 22, 19 and 18. Each one of us said it was the nicest hotel, most accommodating staff and fantastic food that we’ve had in an all inclusive hotel. When we checked in we were given a glass of champagne to welcome us, taken to our rooms, showed how all the gadgets in the room worked and felt very welcomed! We did all three al a carte restaurants and each one was fantastic, you really did feel that you were in a proper restaurant. But the food in the Central Market was lovely too! We were in a swim up room, which is sunny all morning but then goes into the shade. But it was welcomed as the sun can be deceivingly intense. Comfiest sun beds ever! Finally thank you to all the staff. They were all so friendly, professional and as I say just smile! Best smiles and teeth ever! Best holiday I’ve had in a long time - thank you to everyone there.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 10 nights. We upgraded to platinum which we would highly recommend if you want a nice relaxing break away! Our room was outstanding with one of the best views in the hotel and also very spacious. There are two platinum bars that you can use, all with branded alcohol... one by the pool and one in the main lobby next to the entertainment. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly... especially when we would go to reception every morning to ask for the mini golf equipment!! The highlight for us was the food, it was the best food that we experienced at an all inclusive hotel with different theme nights each night. As pasta lovers we were in our element!! We booked our trips out through the hotel which was very swift and easy to do. It was very easy to get a sun bed in the morning unlike other resorts we had been to. Which was nice as you can have more of a chilled morning and not have to worry about it! As a young couple there was plenty for us to do... mostly 3 different options every night to decide between which was great! Being platinum guests we could relax in the platinum area while also going and joining the entertainment games in the main pool during the day if we wished. We also enjoyed going out of the hotel to the highland paddy Irish bar (a 5 min taxi ride which reception book the taxi for you). My only fault which could not be helped were that there were a lot of fly's, the hotel tried their best to sort it but it just seemed like a problem in the local area due to all the banana trees around. Thank you very much Landmar we had an amazing time!! And would recommend to every type of person as it seemed there was something for everyone.

The apartment has very complete facilities and no minimum detail, all super careful and mimated with all the facilities that make you a perfect stay! We had previously stayed at the RIU Arecas and as much as we had enjoyed ourselves we decided to try the RIU Palace this time round. Our first impressions ( and they do count ) was of a well oiled machine. From the welcoming drink whilst sorting out the check in details to opening up our side sea view room and taking in the panorama we knew we would be very happy in the hotel. Luggage was brought up within a couple of minutes and allowed us to unpack before dinner. The range of food in the buffet was immense and I particularly enjoyed the range of fish on offer from sea bass ,lemon sole, hake , salmon etc and the salad bar was replenished continuously so no worry about limp lettuce ! The two speciality restaurants were included in the cost of the holiday and you just needed to book sharpish on arrival to get your preferred time and date. The Krystal restaurant was excellent and I can still conjure up the crab bisque and the intense flavour of it now. As good as any fine dining experience. The Spanish restaurant was equally as good and had a fine selection of dishes to choose from. Wine prices were priced right and we never felt that they were over the top. I was also delighted that I could use the swimming pools which were heated much better than the Arecas and so I had my swim each day. I will definitely return to this hotel knowing that it has very high standards and great staff who take care of your needs where nothing is too much trouble.
