I had a slight cold and had an exam the next day, so I asked if I could change to a room with air conditioning. They told me it would cost an extra 30 yuan because a standard room is more expensive than a double room, and the hotel didn't have any double rooms available. After a long argument, they finally agreed to change me…the service was terrible, and the experience was awful."
