The room is not clean at all, hair is everywhere, the toilet is not flushable. Our request to stay away from the lift is not being considered. Our room is straight next to the lift. The room has odour with smoke smell. The lights are not bright at all, the power points are not working properly. The 2nd floor is supposed to be for entertainment but it’s not functioning. There is also Under construction happening near the hotel, which is very loud. We basically stayed in the room for about 15mins and checked out. We requested to refund, but they rejected. Not a great experience, not recommended."
