I finally got a holiday and wanted to sleep in. There were only a few things for breakfast. Why did you open the business without preparing them? The experience was really bad."

"The room was very nice. I like that the bathroom and toilet are separate, but it would be nice to have a stool in the double room. There is no place to put clothes when taking a shower. For example, when our car arrived at the hotel entrance, two waiters greeted us. Once we got to the lobby, another staff member escorted us to our room. The Chinese restaurant staff, understanding we were in a hurry for a concert and couldn't accommodate a wedding reception, contacted the Western restaurant to open the buffet half an hour early. The buffet chef was also very helpful. When the room needed supplies, they delivered them promptly. The room layout was also very well-designed. Highly recommended."

When the power was turned on, a short circuit occurred in the socket, and my whole hand turned black. I was shocked. After two communications, they said they wanted compensation, but it has been more than 10 days now with no contact. The hotel's service attitude, especially after a problem occurs, is unacceptable to customers. At the same time, it does not care about equipment with potential electricity hazards. "The air conditioner was set to 15 degrees Celsius and ran for three hours without cooling down. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night – it was unbearable! There's a pile driver across from the hotel, starting around 7 AM, and they didn't inform me about it immediately after I booked the room! The only other options outside are Atour or Ji Hotel. This Atour hotel has so many disappointing aspects! The 48 RMB breakfast is not good value; breakfast is only included for bookings made through their app, and even if you're a gold member on other platforms, it won't be provided."
