Marakeş Şehrinde Riad otel Seçenekleri Bulun

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Amaizing gem of a place. Profesional but friendly staff at every corner. The breakfast staff could not do enough for us and so were the reception staff, all of them were so attentive and friendly. The room cleaners left the bedroom spotless everyday.We had a Hammam massage to die for. The two masseurs were so good, that I have to give them 10 out of 10. I had a good few massages in my life, but NEVER one that can equal the one we had the other day. The Facials were 10 out of ten. Nothing absolutely nothing we can find fault with, the only thing I'm disappointed with is myself, as I can only remember the name of one member of staff Abderrahim the night receptionist, but they were many others both female and male that took so much pride in their job. We will definitely be back to definitely have another Hamman . Best hotel by far in the last 5 years. I'm sorry I cannot post more photos.

Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

Riad Musee is ideally located close the the heart of the medina. The hosts are brilliant; friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace was a highlight, with views across the medina. The interior of the riad is very well kept, clean and comfortable.

Giriş yaptığımız andan çıkış yaptığımız ana kadar konaklamamızı unutulmaz kıldı. 5 yıldızlı bir otel olmasa da beklentilerimizi aşan eşsiz ve otantik bir Fas deneyimi sağladı. Geleneksel mimarisiyle riadın kendisi temiz ve davetkardı. En önemli özelliği şüphesiz medinanın karmaşasından uzakta huzurlu bir vaha olan sakin terastı. Bir akşam terasta nargile keyfi yaptık, bize sadece 70 MAD'e mal olan keyifli bir deneyimdi. Ayrıca terasta yemek yemenin keyfini çıkardık ve her biri 60 MAD gibi çok makul bir fiyata lezzetli tajinlerin tadını çıkardık. Şefin mutfak becerileri gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Her sabah servis edilen kahvaltı da geleneksel ve ev gibiydi! Konaklamamızı gerçekten özel kılan şey, Iheb ve personelin yarattığı sıcak ve misafirperver atmosferdi. Misafir olarak geldik ama arkadaş gibi hissettik. Hatta iki sevimli yerleşik kedi, uzun tüylü tekir kedi Sofia ve kızıl kedi Leena ile arkadaş olduk. Onların varlığı konaklamamıza ekstra bir çekicilik kattı. Riad Jibril'in konumu mükemmeldi ve döviz bürosunun önündeki deve mükemmel bir simge görevi görüyordu. Riad, karşı sokakta, ikinci kapıdaydı ve bu da bulmayı kolaylaştırıyordu. Özellikle Zeitun Cafe'nin yakınında, geceleri ziyaret etmeyi en sevdiğimiz yer olan Kasbah'a yakın olmasından çok keyif aldık. Kafenin fenerlerle aydınlatılmış terası, akşamlarımızı daha da unutulmaz kılan görkemli manzaralar sunuyordu.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
