Bar İçeren Marakeş Otelleri

This is unbelievable property with unbelievable architecture, immense spacious and extremely well designed rooms, perfect breakfast with a stunning view and extremely personalized service by Mr Ousman, the unbeatable Indian restaurant, immaculate upkeep, unfathomably great personal service from every member of the staff, too good to be true concierge service to room cleaning staff. I am falling short on adjectives to describe this property, its offering and its service level. Must stay if you are visiting Marrakech and if you are not then must visit Marrakech to stay here.

+ Très bel hôtel. + kids club + concierge - Manque du service sur le room service - check out catastrophique pour ce niveau d hôtel

This is a great place to come and relax. The service is excellent and the facilities top notch. The food and restaurands are very tasty and diverse. We spend 7 days exploring Marrakesh and sourounding areas and came here for out last 2 days for pure relaxation. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next stay there.

Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

Amaizing gem of a place. Profesional but friendly staff at every corner. The breakfast staff could not do enough for us and so were the reception staff, all of them were so attentive and friendly. The room cleaners left the bedroom spotless everyday. We had a Hammam massage to die for. The two masseurs were so good, that I have to give them 10 out of 10. I had a good few massages in my life, but NEVER one that can equal the one we had the other day. The Facials were 10 out of ten. Nothing absolutely nothing we can find fault with, the only thing I'm disappointed with is myself, as I can only remember the name of one member of staff Abderrahim the night receptionist, but they were many others both female and male that took so much pride in their job. We will definitely be back to definitely have another Hamman . Best hotel by far in the last 5 years. I'm sorry I cannot post more photos.

Très bel hôtel. Deux piscines chauffées a 30 degrés dont une intérieure (1h par jour sur réservation). 3 restaurants, multiples bars. Parfait pour profiter du beau temps !

Bien placé et chambre propre et spacieuse. Personnel sympa

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

The breakfast is rich, the bread is delicious, there are Egg cakes, and the room is large and clean,Relatively close to the scenic spotNo drinking water provided, too few socketsThe big bed has been converted into a standard room for me, but the boss didn't care, but he still tricked me
