"Nice hotel, close to the toeristic part of Guilin. The staff of the hotel is very friendly. Really recommend choosing a room with view of the river, the views of the river are beautiful and the rooms have big windows! There is also a spa on a different floor of the building. Breakfast is good with a lot of options (also more western style breakfast). Only down part is a bit of noise in the evening, sounds like music. We don’t know exactly what is was, but are thinking maybe the music of the music restaurant at the top floor."

"房間乾淨整潔，設施完善，以圖為證啊。房間位置在灕江邊；近東西巷，中心廣場、廣西師範大學毗鄰着靖王府，逍遙塔的夜景不錯，夜晚在灕江邊和解放橋漫步，別有一番好風景，心情能隨着周圍的環境，隨風飄揚。七星景區有歷史名家的書法碑刻，象山公園，陽朔沿江風景，太適合自然風景照的愛好者門。勾味王，阿甘酒店為代表的本地菜，主要是魚為主。早餐米粉鹵水，糯米飯，家家好口味，絕不會踩坑。我本不喜歡米粉，這算是對米粉鹵水徹底瘋狂，每天早上不吃頓米粉，整個人啥就不舒服了，看我這點出息。願各位能感受到山水甲天下的美，人文和山水之間可以相互成就，適應彼此，沒一點違和感。大自然，人類的依託及保護神。"

"We stayed at this hotel for just one night and we didn't regret our choice for a second. It was a wonderful decision! We chose a room with a bathtub by the window specifically for the stunning view of the forest and river it offered – absolutely breathtaking. We loved everything about the room: the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the orthopedic mattress and pillows were so comfortable (a special thank you for that!). The room was spotless, and everything was in perfect working order. The front desk staff are wonderful people! Communication was tricky without knowing Chinese, but every single employee was incredibly friendly and tried so hard to help us, using translators with patience. A huge thank you for your help with AliPay – we had a payment issue, and the administrators solved it for us. Furthermore, one of the front desk ladies helped us book exactly the tour we needed. Since the standard tours didn't suit our specific route request, she went out of her way to help us organize everything. We had breakfast included, but we had to leave too early to enjoy it. So that we wouldn't go hungry, the incredibly thoughtful staff offered us croissants and milk! We also made great use of the coffee machine in the lobby. Thank you so much to the hotel for such a comfortable and memorable stay! We highly recommend it."

"Very clean and well maintained hotel located in the heart of Guilin. Daily cleaning services provided with common amenities provided. Self service laundry services are available free of charge. The front desk is staffed 24/7. The room I booked was a family room with 2 beds, king and double. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Washroom and toilet were western designed. Floors are marble tile which is good for reducing dust overall. AC blasts cold and is fully adjustable. Daily cleaning and refills of water and ameneties are provided. Nothing about the rooms that you can complain about. The hotel is located in the heart of the Guilin cultural district. One turn from a popular food street serving local cuisine in full restaurants or street food bites. My one recommendation is Osmanthus Ice Cream, look for the store that serves it with a black cone as it has more flavour. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They come across with the intentions of really helping you. If you don't have your own plans for the area they have packages with various options for local tours. They can explain the full itinerary and help you book everything. They were able to book a trip to Yangshuo for a bamboo raft and boat ride. They also have packages to go see the Longshi rice fields. You just need to let the staff know the night before so they can book it. Overall, if you are a foreigner or from out of town this hotel offers everything you might want with fantastic service. You get a lot more than the price you pay for. One last note is DiDi drivers usually drop you off at the bus stop just outside the hotel. Keep walking down the alley and the hotel is to the right."

"The inn is located in front of a small road which was always busy with many motorcycles passing by so it takes us a while to cross every time. The staff and reception are very friendly and helpful in answering our queries and sharing on places to go etc. I suppose the room allows for smoking so there is a lingering smell always. Would be better if they have non-smoking rooms option."

"Nothing to complain about - really clean hotel with nice decor, good amenities. There was a little tea in the room, free coffe at the lobby. Good location! The window is looking at the street, view it is not brathtaking, but still good for people watching. Many good local eateries around."
