Pencereli bir tekne kiraladım ve dolandırıldım çünkü pencere 60 cm ötedeki bir duvara bakıyordu, yani karanlıktı ve doğal ışık yoktu. Diğer gezginlerin bahsettiği ara sokak benim için sorun değil çünkü bu Vietnam için normal. Küvet kötü tasarlanmıştı, sürekli yere sızdırıyor ve zeminin ıslanmasına neden oluyordu."

"Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff and Great Location We stayed here for two nights and arrived very early, around 5 a.m. The lobby was quiet, and the staff welcomed us warmly and assisted with our booking confirmation. They kindly offered an early check-in voucher, which we appreciated, but we chose to check in at the regular time instead. Our room was on the 6th floor facing the road and matched the photos shown during booking. It was clean and well maintained, and the bathroom and bathtub were in good condition. The room was equipped with a hair dryer, umbrella, bathrobe, slippers, amenities, toiletries, a safety deposit box, and complimentary drinks (no complimentary snacks). The view was limited, as another building blocked most of it. We used the breakfast and the small gym but skipped the swimming pool due to the weather. Breakfast was served on the 12th floor, and we chose a window seat overlooking the lake, which offered a lovely view. The food selection was quite good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Daniel, Jason, and especially Sophie—she was exceptionally kind and supportive during our stay. The hotel’s location is quite strategic. Just a few meters away is their sister property, Le Jardin, and right next door there is an excellent pho restaurant with Michelin recognition at an affordable price—a must try. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and have no complaints. Thank you for the great hospitality."

"Would highly recommend this hotel! The location is good & we received very warm hospitality from the staff the moment we entered to when we left. Room is bright and clean, breakfast was good, and they even include complimentary airport drop off if you stay 2 nights or more. Throughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again when we come back to Hanoi."

"We had a very positive stay at this hotel, which served as an excellent base for exploring the city. Pros: · Excellent Location: The hotel is in a great area. It's near the HCM Mausoleum and the embassy district, which is quieter and less crowded than the Old Quarter, yet still very close (about 2km). We found it easily reachable by a short taxi ride or even a pleasant walk. A lot of major tourist sites were conveniently nearby. · Comfortable & Complete Rooms: Our room was a good size with a big bathroom. The mattress was excellent—very firm and supportive. While the facilities could use some updating, the room had everything we needed and was cleaned thoroughly every day. · Excellent Breakfast & Staff: The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety and was consistently good. We especially appreciated that they offered some dishes prepared fresh per request. The standout feature, however, was the wonderfully enthusiastic and helpful staff. A special shout-out to Quin, Trang, and Shang at the front desk, and the two gentlemen at the breakfast service who always ensured we were well taken care of. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Con to Note: · Soundproofing: The only noticeable downside was that the rooms are not very soundproof. It was easy to hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which could be disruptive at times."

"The location is in the heart of the city. Everything is in short walking distance. Upon check in, u will bw greeted by the staff (English speaking) with a welcome drink. The lobby smells nice and cooling and the check in is done smoothly. All the hotel details are well explained and service-boy assist to bring up the luggage to the room. The room is decent size for a couple and all things inside are well equipped. What i like most is the international charging wall where u do not need to worry on bringing a international plug. Water bottles are provided when request. There is proper safe. Importantly, the staff is forever friendly and always greeting each customer. Breakfast is good and well prepared."

"Clean, well equipped hotel in a pretty good location. We got a high floor room with a nice balcony amd a view. The staff was very helpful and responsive, and the included breakfast was substantial. I would stay here again."

"Oda geniş, temiz ve rahattı. Otelin en iyi yanı elverişli konumu. Hoan Kiem Gölü'ne çok yakın ve Eski Mahalle'de olması nedeniyle neredeyse her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Yakınlarda restoranlar, kafeler, masajlar ve yerel dükkanlar var. Hareketli sokaklardan bazı sesler duyabilirsiniz ancak her şey saat 22:00'de sessizleşiyor. Personel çok cana yakın ve temel İngilizce konuşabilen çok yardımsever genç insanlardı. Tüm temel olanaklar sağlandı. Klima ve su ısıtıcısı iyi durumdaydı. Asansör de mevcut. Kahvaltı verilmediğini unutmayın ancak köşede çok sayıda harika yemek var! Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir! Kesinlikle tekrar burada kalırdım!"
