"Nice apartment. Looks like the pictures. Bed is medium firmness. TV had no usable channels or apps as far as I could tell. WiFi worked OK. Taxi car cannot drop you outside the building as the roads are too narrow. You will either need to walk at least 5 minutes or get a motorcycle taxi. There is a lift in the building."

"The hotel was nice and clean.
The service was good.
Nice breakfast, basically you can get everything there. They’ve got salad, egg, sausages , bacon, cake, congee, vegetables , pho, sweet soup and fruit.
Since the hotel is in the old town. So it is very convenient to go anywhere.
However my friend lost a bracelet in the hotel.
She said she put it on a coffee plate in the room and it was gone when we came back.
I just want to remind you to keep your belongings well in the safe or keep them with you all the time.
The welcome fruit , the coffee and tea are free. But the snacks and cookies are not! They are very cheap though."

"I booked room with queen-bed, bathtub, balcony and floor 5-8. none of this i got. Bed are 2 single bed put together. The floor was 4(finally i dont care, but i guess my original room was sold again). Balcony is inside the building. No wind and very hot. I planed to stay longer but i am already used that the descriptions are never right in Vietnam so i left next day. Outside are many small eating place at night and bussy but room still quietly. Bed not soft and would be good if it would have the right size."

MMisafir KullanıcıWe really enjoyed our stay at Classyc Hotel! Best thing was all the staff - everyone was so friendly, helpful and smiling all the time! We were welcomed with drinks and snacks on our arrival, got brought up to our room, and every time we go out and come back, they will open the door for us and greet us! Room was comfortable with everything we need - the only thing I would change is having slippers instead of thongs, but that's our preference only. Breakfast was amazing, it had great selection of choices including local food and coffee, all the staff again were so attentive and friendly! On departure we were gifted with a cute Vietnam souvenir which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff members during our stay, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi!

The staff, especially the receptionist was well-versed in english and able to communicate effectively. They would recommend you places to go as well. Overall, great stay!

RR41FNeeded a good night of test without noise from streets.
This was possible on the 7th floor according to the employee. The room was only five meters away from the road and I think the occupancy was about 25% Maximum. And this is royal measured. The window in the bathroom didn't even close.
I asked for another room away from the road and with windows that can close. I was offered another room. Again a window that was broken, but I fixed it in a way it's closed now. Lifted up the locking system at the side of the window, but it fell down, so now the window doesn't open anymore. Small window. There's also a big window. Because of having big windows these rooms are being considered to be executive rooms. Never reared about window size influencing the level of hierarchy.
But at the other side of the window there's a wall and it's a very creepy hole you stare in. I didn't really feel executive because of that. But still I got the one night of rest I needed to normally open my eyes again. It's creepy when you're so tired that your eyes just can't open anymore. Big fat eyes the next day.
Suddenly the younger girl behind the reception approach me with an extreme humble tone of voice telling me that it's actually an executive room. I literally asked myself if they had the gutted attitude to sell me an upgrade.
Never mind, relocation is coming anyways. Hanoi is a very dusty city. I mean extremely dusty. So dusty that the damage and harm it causes to visit this place really doesn't make yhe visit feels really worthy.
Also the communism is absolutely what didn't suit me personally at all. I am socially more developed.
In general I had the impression that they employees where friendly, but it's their job. Not their job to be aggressive as I experienced once when I just asked the question what sports Vietnamese people.like the most.
But this was in check out day. And the sinistry in the laugh of the male receptionist towards the taxi driver after they pushed me into.paying more for what I ordered online completely woke me up. But it's also weird yo say that the new owner is less kayak and in the meantime trying to sell me.more nights and saying I should return.
I completely don't understand this way of handling.
Asking 30% extra for a early check in. I saw yes when booked one or two nights, but when one booked a week then I would give it for free. In my case I understand that I needed to pay more for that 3 hour earlier checking in. But my explanation was clear. I need rest and lay down in normality, instead of walking on the streets wearing me out even more. The option offered didn't have anything to do with customer focus. More customer abuse in the most possible hardcore form. And this was the second accommodation in Hanoi where this abuse happened. I only had two accommodation totally indeed. Yes that's correct fellow traveller. Horror travel horror.
Now comes the materialistic reviewing:
Beds brand new and 100% awesome and healthy.
Spotless clean and even when you refuse room cleaning it still happens. Very need to do that. Amen to the cleaner lady.
Welcome Hall is pleasant.
Shower is nice.
It's very noisy in the front of the building, but I've only seen one room and I know that women follow the extinguishers agenda from Europe and I experienced this extremely in Vietnam. It even makes me feel.Viet Numb.
But that's a good sign. 7 days left and at least I've experienced a bit what the U.S. army experienced back then.
Viet Numb for me is more like a Tour of Duty.
I see a red door and I want to paint it black.
Communists not my people.

EExpat EDventuresWhat a great location in the middle of the hustle in bustle! This hotel is a family owned and operated business. We met the owners son and wife who manage the property and they are lovely people and give great recommendation. Check-in was quick and seamless. They greeted us with welcome tea and gave us a map with a thorough briefing of the best places to eat and visit. They even ran our luggage up and had someone turn the AC on before we got in our room so it would be cool upon entry. The room was cozy and the bed had a supportive mattress but I am partial to the hard beds of Asia. Breakfast was at the top in a beautiful space and they made your eggs to order. I only wish the shower door did a better job of keeping the water in. We tried to book them after our HaLong Bay cruise canceled but sadly they were fully booked. We will be back!

CCBrooksThe room was clean and tidy and had all working facilities. The service was friendly and the facilities within the hotel were very good, with free bicycle rental/pool/gym and so on. We knew the location beforehand but should be considered by others as around 20-30 minutes from the centre. That said there is also a free shuttle bus 4 times a day that we availed. Overall then recommended.

I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

Ngoc An gerçekten iyi bir ev sahibi ve müşterinin ihtiyaçlarını her an organize etmemize yardımcı oldu ve kaldığım süre boyunca süper destekleyici bir ön büro yöneticisi için An'ı gerçekten takdir ediyorum ve ayrıca uçuşum sabahın çok erken saatlerinde sorunsuz bir şekilde gerçekleştiği için havaalanı taksi rezervasyonu yapmama da yardımcı oldu.
Oda temiz değil ama yeterince büyük, otel hizmeti geliştirilebilir ama tekrar teşekkürler. Konaklamam keyifli geçti ve tekrar geleceğim başkalarına da tavsiye ederim!

DDawei 007What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.
