It's such a balmy and restful spot that I even drifted off to sleep there! My evening was spent at the rooftop bar, which boasts amazing vibes. The staff here maintained the same high level of service: they were attentive, well-trained, hospitable, and polite. I highly recommend trying the coconut-based cocktail when it paired perfectly with the savoury pork cracklings for a delightful experience. Clean and spacious room, bed isbvery comfortable. . The toilet is open concept hence not very ideal unless it is couples sharing the room. Has a round table instead of a working table which is also not too suitable to do work on. WIFI is a little unstable at times, may affect online conference meeting connectivity.

I recently stayed at Caravan Hotel by EHM and was very satisfied with my experience. The whole hotel still feels brand new and even smells fresh everywhere. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and I also enjoyed the relaxing spa and massage options. The rooftop pool and bar are perfect for unwinding with a nice view over Phnom Penh. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also great – close to the main attractions but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and can highly recommend Caravan Hotel by EHM to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. I would definitely return!

Great location, friendly service. All small requests during the stays (extra towels, water, replacement key) were promptly handled, with a smile. Terrace pool is nice. Will stay here again.

Found 2 dead bugs in one of the glasses. Towels smelled moldy. No daily housekeeping. Front desk were helpful when there, but opens late (8am). Location was main reason we booked, with a really nice sky bar on the 43rd floor. However, will not book again if not necessary.
