"I enjoyed my stay soo much at Baitong, initially I booked a day stay and ended up staying for 4 days. The front desk staff Phearum & Theavey were the best, they are very helpful, they were doing some renovations during my stay but the two communicated that with me prior. I highly recommend this hotel, from the food chef Lou Lo beef stew was the best thing I have tasted this year and Sophie makes a perfect fried egg. If I could I’d name all the staff as they are professional and friendly all the way from the door man even the temporary construction workers. Do go enjoy a drink at their rooftop bar"

Has a round table instead of a working table which is also not too suitable to do work on. WIFI is a little unstable at times, may affect online conference meeting connectivity.

Location is great, a short walk to the King’s Palace and by the riverside promenade.
The roof top restaurant has a great view. The food quality serves are good.

Maybe due to the warm weather, the aircon took some time to cool the room down. The aircon was however blowing directly where the pillow was placed. There were blackouts over short periods of time but I suppose that is a common occurrence. Receptionist was helpful in providing tips and breaking down currency into smaller denominations.
