"Nice view. Check-in desk is located after 2flights of steep stairs. No elevators in the premise. Contacted the House to arrange someone to help with the luggages at the transportation interchange point, as one of our travel partner had both injured legs, they refused. Only willing to help to carry some of our baggages at the destination near to House drop-off point."

"Look no further and just Book the stay. The location is just perfect ( compared to other hotels) the shuttle drops you right at the stairs. And very close to the shuttle pick up & drop point. Several view spots close to the hotel. Service is on point. The hosts pick you up to guide you to the hotel. As you Need to climb stairs ( applies all hotels in the area) interesting way to reach the hotel. Evening coffee with snake and night dessert is served for free. Health Breakfast woth amazing coffee is available. The terrace offers the best view to the whole village. The hosts also will help you with how and what you could explore. All in all the stay was very pleasant."

"國慶大假期間去西江千户苗寨玩，選擇了緊鄰景區的西江千户苗寨千雲山房大酒店實在是太明智、太聰明瞭。酒店步行幾分鐘就到景區入口，避免了泱泱大車隊的擁堵，很開心。酒店房間是下沉式的，很安靜，房間寬敞，床品也很不錯，休息得很好👍"

"雖然已經知道是民宿 不能拿酒店標準來要求 但山峯的書房硬件設施還是震驚到我了 （與工作人員服務態度無關） 1⃣️入住的時候就發現我們的房間門竟然比隔壁低一頭，但凡講究點的中國人家裡裝修都會注意門框保持一致吧 2⃣️房間備品線頭之多也是驚到我了，即使是地巾已經用到這個程度還保持不換我也不知道是為啥 3⃣️房間浴室下水有問題，洗澡過程基本上半個腳都在水裡泡着，我認為客棧本身應該定期檢測一下下水情況吧 4⃣️房間空調通風口有問題，我們睡覺前關了空調後房間裏還有電機運行比較大的聲音，晚上十點多和前台反應後，小哥馬上來查看，給出的解釋是民宿是中央空調，共用一套系統，即使是本房間關了空調其他房間開着也會有聲音，該問題無解。 5⃣️我晚上睡覺前在房間裏隱約聞到了煙味，個人懷疑可能和4⃣️存在共性原因。 6⃣️我住的該間房間不知道是整個客棧的下水管道都經過還是其他原因，時不時就有下水道沖水的聲音，個人認為可能是裝修時下水管道沒有做隔音。 本人真的是抱有很大期待來到凱里，也在某書上做了很多攻略決定入住山峯的書房，但沒想到是這個水平。整體來説為了情懷或者為了位置可以來住，但個人認為價格絕對匹配不上品質。凱裏市區也有不錯的酒店，打車到風情園10元以內。 以上是我在凱里的入住體驗，供參考。"

"客棧地理位置優越，位於觀景台旁邊，入住的房間是“觀海棠”，景觀和觀景台差不多，可以説是景區風景最好的地方之一，樓上的房間風景比樓下好，主要是遮擋少很多。 坐觀光車從觀景台站下來彎彎繞繞上下坡，客棧不太好找，最後還是叫老闆娘來接我們的😂老闆娘很熱情，和我們詳細介紹了景區幾個熱門景點的路線，以及推薦遊玩的地點。 房間配備全屋智能控制系統，還有投影儀，晚上對着苗寨夜景看看電視挺不錯。 客棧不提供餐食，不過苗寨吃的東西很多，老闆娘也推薦了一些，走小道下山大約需要十分鐘，比較考驗路感，上山挺累的，小路雖然近但是不太好走，爬爬山就當鍛鍊身體了😃"

"I'd like to share my impressions of my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is very new and designer inside. The view of the village is, I'd say, the best in the area. First things first: the hotel offers a butler service, and when you arrive at the attraction, a butler will meet you and take your luggage. You don't have to bother walking to the bus, which is quite a distance, and the entire scenic area is on a mountain, requiring constant climbing. The hotel is also located on a hillside, so getting to it requires a climb up narrow steps. The butler carried my luggage and accompanied me the entire time. The walk from the entrance to the hotel took about 25 minutes, including the bus and the walk. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted at reception and offered afternoon tea; there were five drinks on the menu. I chose a milk oolong tea with milk, and they offered me fruit, nuts, and homemade cookies. It was delicious. I spent the entire time relaxing, drinking tea, and enjoying the village views. After I'd rested, I went to my room. I was given a room on the 4th floor with the lucky number 888. The room has absolutely everything: excellent Loccitan cosmetics, toiletries, robes, and slippers—everything is of very good quality. There's also a modern hairdryer and steam iron. There was a bath on the balcony, but I didn't use it because it was chilly. The room is really new; it has underfloor heating if you get cold, and also air conditioning. The bed linen, pillows, and blanket were wonderful. I didn't even notice how my night passed; I truly rested for the two nights I stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff explained how I could spend my time and took me to a restaurant where I could have a delicious meal. Then I went for a walk. I spent the entire evening strolling around the village and taking in the sights. That evening, when I returned, I was offered evening soup, which I really enjoyed; it was very unusual. Since I was a foreign tourist, the hotel staff communicated with me using a translator via WeChat, which was very convenient and prevented any misunderstandings. The next morning, I was offered breakfast, which was served on the first floor of the hotel. The dining room was also very beautiful and well-renovated. After breakfast, I went for a walk around the village to take beautiful photos. I had a wonderful time in the village, taking in the sights. I especially enjoyed the local people's show on New Year's Eve, as well as the singing of the women and men of the Miao people. The day before my departure, the hotel staff asked what time my return tickets to Guiyang would be and told me they would arrange for me to be transported to the entrance so I could call a taxi. I would give this hotel the highest rating, firstly because it's in a wonderful location on a mountain with a magnificent view, and literally a three-minute walk from the main observation deck. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel personnel, and especially to the butler his wechat name Velpro, they are all tried their best to help me and accompanied me on all my questions. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel owners, who care about the interior order, cleanliness, and the care of their guests. This level of hospitality is truly rare. If I return to this village, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone."

"The hotel is located mid-hill with panoramic views as seen in my photos. Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk. They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain. To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here."

"The service on the hotel provided is superb excellent, I would like to specially thanks to ”Yang Yang” as she helped me a lot on my needs and enquiries. The breakfast, teatime refreshment and night dessert are nice too, especially for the night dessert, its warmth my heart and stomach after long day trip back to hotel at night. The hotel is very new, clean and well equipped too! I'm happy with the stay here and highly recommend on this hotel when you travel to Kaili."
