"Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou."

"Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. Breakfast is well served in great display and varieties. The most important thing is ”GOOD LOCATION”! walkable to Grand Batam Mall & BCS."

Address given in trip.com is not accurate. Live band till late nite. Unable to sleep 😅 not suitable to travel with baby or old aged parent as they need to sleep early.

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. 🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh. 🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive. ☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home. 💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests. Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

CCheeWH79Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Montigo. The villas are spacious and well kept. Privte pool is clean with water jet nozzles enhancing swimming experience. The highlight would be the scenic seaview. There are sufficient amenities and activities to enjoy like ATV, jet ski and various water sports. There are 5 restaurants to choose for daily meals. The Nasi Ayam Berrmpah I had for dinner at Warung was excellent. Tiiigo is a nice poolside bar to chill and chat the night away. Breakfast was average. I like the freshly made pratas. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Only downside is there no actual beach here. Only a jetty waterfront.

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

AAngeline2608This hotel is very run down, for the price, I don’t expect that much. But the staff were friendly, the location was okay. But the room; needs a lot of upgrading, and when you’re checking in don’t forget to let them know your shower preference as they assign rooms at random, like bathtub or standing shower. And the breakfast was just 5/10. I think it’s okay for solo travellers not for families.
