"Convenient location near food courts and shops, about a 15-minute walk to Nagoya Hill Mall, though the route has many uncovered potholes - walk with caution. Contemporary room design but poor housekeeping; towels and slippers were not replaced, and I returned to find no towels on the rack. Breakfast spread is extensive, featuring live egg and noodle stations. Overall, much needed improvement on housekeeping."

"Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. Breakfast is well served in great display and varieties. The most important thing is ”GOOD LOCATION”! walkable to Grand Batam Mall & BCS."

"Always a pleasure to return to Favehotel. This time I came with my family and took 4 rooms. Love the spacious room and it is the main reason why I kept returning to Favehotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bedsheets and towels are always crisps and fluffy. Room water pressure is very good. If water drainage at the sink and shower could be work on then the rooms are perfect Ferdi @reception was excellent in arranging our 4 rooms in a row including a set of connecting rooms. This help me tremendously in assisting my elderly family members. Another reason i chose the Favehotel is the surrounding compound. The streets and pavements are well developed and clean. Great for elderly individuals whom otherwise may trip over debris due to uneven terrain once you step outside the hotel like most other hotels in Batam Thamrin City development are the best! Hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and in doing so attracts more to stay in this premise!"

"Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou."

"I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. "Previously i am staying at level 10 but without balcony, surprisingly this trip i am staying at level 8 which having balcony. Location are extremely good, going for massaging, looking for food, going for shopping all are walking distance, hotel price are reasonable. Morning breakfast do not have much choices, Taste are just nice, will introduced to my friends and I will come back again."

"This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit Batam Location is excellent with less than 5 mins walk along the covered walkway from Harbour Bay ferry to hotel without being subjected to hot sun or rain. Within 10 mins walk are a stretch of restaurants from seafood to fusion and bistro concepts Staffs from security, reception and service crew from Cirtuz Restaurant which serves amazing buffet breakfast to even the housekeeping crew are polite, helpful and friendly Only wish that there is at least a half panel at the shower area to prevent water from splashing out of the shower area"

"Quite a cosy hotel with toiletries like toothbrush kits are provided. There's a connecting room. Aircon & wifi is ok. A good location, close to Nagoya Hill, abt 2-5 min drive. Didn't try to walk there because of the main road which makes it hard to walk around. There is a couple of laundry marts near the hotel, abt 4 min walk. There is Indomaret & Alfamart convenience store, just outside the hotel, abt 2 min walk. Can smell the cigarette smoke smell outside the room. Breakfast is ok, with local spread. Can request for omelette from the waiter."
