Spa İçeren En İyi Batam Otelleri

Good points. All of the staff are extremely helpful. The cleaners are excellent. The pool view is lovely. The room is good, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hairdresser is absolutely amazing. Gym is very good - lots of variety of exercises. Bad points Food is not good: ordered vegetarian stir fry and specifically stated no chicken as allergic; it arrived with chicken underneath the vegetables! Husband ordered battered prawns which came unpeeled, then battered, so totally inedible. Wouldn’t let me put the drinks on the room (even though they did it a few days earlier), then refused to let me leave until the bill was paid. I had no money with me. So had to wait until they managed to contact my husband to come and pay. Spa - the facial was the most painful experience I’ve had in a spa. My face was literally pulled and scrubbed within an inch of its life. The actual face mask was scrubbed off. My face looked 10 years older rather than younger. Depends where your room is, depends if you hear the 5 o’clock Mosque calling. The gym was like a sauna - too hot to do any real cardio work - but that’s my personal preference.

Excellent service, very nice place, convenient to any malls,I love our stay in panbil, good foods and very amazing amenities, our room is so nice and very cozy to sleep at..we will definitely book again this apartment in the future!

The staff were super friendly. Hotel was well maintained and location wise is around 10min drive to nearby mall. I would 100% return here solely due to the warmth and patience shown by the staff.

Here’s a polished, family-friendly review of Barelang Resort Batam that you can use for social media, travel platforms, or sharing with friends: ⸻ ⭐ Family-Friendly Review: Barelang Resort Batam We recently stayed at Barelang Resort Batam for a family getaway, and it turned out to be one of the most relaxing and kid-friendly trips we’ve had in a while. 🌅 Location & Scenery The resort sits right by the water near the iconic Barelang Bridge, so the views—especially during sunrise and sunset—are beautiful. It’s quiet, peaceful, and away from the city crowd, making it perfect for families who want to unwind. 🏨 Rooms The rooms are spacious and clean, and many come with balcony views facing the sea or the pool. Perfect for families with kids who need space to move around. Housekeeping was quick and helpful throughout our stay. 👨👩👧👦 Family Experience This resort is truly built for families: • Kids’ pool that’s safe and shallow • Plenty of open areas for kids to run around • Family-friendly activities like kayaking and beach access • Calm and safe environment, especially for young children and elderly 🍽️ Food Breakfast had a good variety and was halal-friendly. The restaurant faces the water, which makes mealtimes enjoyable. There are also seafood spots nearby for those who want local flavours. 🏊 Facilities The infinity pool is the highlight—clean, big, and overlooking the ocean. The whole place feels relaxing and well-maintained. Spa services and recreational areas are also available if you want a slower, pampering day. 🚗 Convenience The resort is a bit further from Nagoya/center, but Grab is easily available. The peaceful location is worth the extra travel time. Plus, Barelang Bridge and several seaside attractions are nearby. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 4.6/5 A wonderful choice for families looking for comfort, safety, and beautiful surroundings. Perfect for a slow-paced holiday where kids can play freely and adults can truly relax. If you’re planning a family trip to Batam, Barelang Resort Batam is definitely worth considering.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Montigo. The villas are spacious and well kept. Privte pool is clean with water jet nozzles enhancing swimming experience. The highlight would be the scenic seaview. There are sufficient amenities and activities to enjoy like ATV, jet ski and various water sports. There are 5 restaurants to choose for daily meals. The Nasi Ayam Berrmpah I had for dinner at Warung was excellent. Tiiigo is a nice poolside bar to chill and chat the night away. Breakfast was average. I like the freshly made pratas. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Only downside is there no actual beach here. Only a jetty waterfront.

This hotel is very run down, for the price, I don’t expect that much. But the staff were friendly, the location was okay. But the room; needs a lot of upgrading, and when you’re checking in don’t forget to let them know your shower preference as they assign rooms at random, like bathtub or standing shower. And the breakfast was just 5/10. I think it’s okay for solo travellers not for families.

I loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Many attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores are within walking distance, which makes it very convenient for travelers who prefer to explore on foot. The price is clearly reflected in the room size — the rooms are very compact, but the rate is correspondingly affordable. If you book through Trip.com, the price can be even more competitive, which makes it a good budget option. One suggestion: I would not recommend ordering the hotel breakfast. There are plenty of food options nearby, with much better variety and value. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you prioritize location and affordability over space.

IHG. Holiday Inn. It seems like this hotel at Batam has been neglected. Many of the amenities are lacking in maintenance. The pool, gym, kids club.....the list goes on. Staff are excellent. But why has the hotel not kept up with maintaining it well when it's such a popular hotel. Covid took havoc world wide. But many hotels have bounced back and are welcoming guests with renewed hope. Hotels needs to constantly upgrade so that guests want to keep coming back. Slippery walkways, itchy body after sleeping on the bed and toilets that lack are some of the features at Holiday Inn Batam. Time to see how you can improve your rating. Its a great hotel if you improve on the upkeep. Never too late to start. Looking forward to coming back in 2026 if there are improvements.
