"The overall guest service is excellent with smile and willing to help upon request. One of the room got stains on bedsheets and office change for us in short time. Breakfast is ok for the price paid, don't expect too high.Swimming pool under maintenance, can't use. Overall satisfactory for a budget stay."

"Overall is really a beautiful plc to rest and get away from the busy city life. I would like to suggest more drinking water provided to guests (either provide a water dispenser or additional water given). Per room per day is only given 2 small bottles of mineral water. Believe me, in our climate it is really insufficient. I felt so dehydrated. The drinks I can order from the restaurant are sweetened drinks. So that was really a drawback for me. They have a shop but they do not sell any mineral water. Breakfast is quite sad too.. I was expecting a bit more options for this location since it is secluded frm other eateries. Room service food was much better than the breakfast provided so I'm not sure why such a big difference in quality and taste. Communications in the hotel can be better too. I had informed reception 4 hours before check out for use of a buggy as our unit is very far. Nobody came for us. They called to remind us to check out and I told them yes, we are waiting for the buggy we requested. Subsequently I had to call another 3 times before someone came and the person was also very rude."

"Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou."

The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. "Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. Breakfast is well served in great display and varieties. The most important thing is ”GOOD LOCATION”! walkable to Grand Batam Mall & BCS."

"Always a pleasure to return to Favehotel. This time I came with my family and took 4 rooms. Love the spacious room and it is the main reason why I kept returning to Favehotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bedsheets and towels are always crisps and fluffy. Room water pressure is very good. If water drainage at the sink and shower could be work on then the rooms are perfect Ferdi @reception was excellent in arranging our 4 rooms in a row including a set of connecting rooms. This help me tremendously in assisting my elderly family members. Another reason i chose the Favehotel is the surrounding compound. The streets and pavements are well developed and clean. Great for elderly individuals whom otherwise may trip over debris due to uneven terrain once you step outside the hotel like most other hotels in Batam Thamrin City development are the best! Hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and in doing so attracts more to stay in this premise!"

"Previously i am staying at level 10 but without balcony, surprisingly this trip i am staying at level 8 which having balcony. Location are extremely good, going for massaging, looking for food, going for shopping all are walking distance, hotel price are reasonable. Morning breakfast do not have much choices, Taste are just nice, will introduced to my friends and I will come back again."

"First time to Batam, hotel location is next to the mall which you may get what you need from mall and shops nearby. The hotel breakfast had variations choice and good. Overall the experience staying in this hotel was great. There is a swimming pool at Level 2 and and massage center inside hotel with reasonable price. If you are coming over follow those youtuber and online recommendations, you are a bit remote and need to go by car. This place may be good for business traveller but for backpacker or light traveller, you may choose to stay near the attractions where you can reach within walking distance."

"my second stay at this hotel, decent location, A2 just next door, 3mins walk to grand batam mall, si fang yuan dim sum and infinity massage just right opposite, short walking distance to pure, after work and spring massage too, not noisy at night for my room and we got free upgrade to suite during our stay. It was my birthday on last day of my stay with this hotel. come to my surprise that the hotel arrange a cake with candle while i having my bf. Thank you for the warm act to your guest, the birthday song and all the wishes, it make my birthday day even more memorable. thank you for the surprise arrangement, we appreciated it."

"Happy with the stay，smaller but compact. All staffs are so friendly with the security. We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. No hair dryer ready but you can call and request from the receptionist."
