The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Previously i am staying at level 10 but without balcony, surprisingly this trip i am staying at level 8 which having balcony. Location are extremely good, going for massaging, looking for food, going for shopping all are walking distance, hotel price are reasonable. Morning breakfast do not have much choices, Taste are just nice, will introduced to my friends and I will come back again."

"We were upgraded on our recent trip to Batam. i Hotel has two locations.. at Nagoya Hill (where we stayed) and Baloi. The Nagoya property is conveniently located just next to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. There's a side gate, which is locked and accessible by room key card, to and from the Shopping Centre. This makes it very accessible and provide extra security other than walking along the street. Access to the hotel via vehicle will be inspected at the main gate before the security personnel opens the gate. Hotel is clean and staff are courteous. Since we were there for only 2-nights we didn't need room cleaning. In the early afternoon of the second day I received a message that my room has the No Disturb light on and just wanted to confirmed if we need room makeup. Such thoughtful service! The breakfast buffet carries a wide spread. I would suggest taking up on their breakfast before heading out for the day. They have 2 coffee machines that makes about 15 different beverages. Just a caution that they lean towards to sweeter side. At the buffet there's also an egg counter that will make your eggs be it omelette, over easy or soft boiled. Going for meals and shopping malls are convenient. Besides Nagoya Hill which you can easily walk to, other malls like the the Grand Batam Mall and food courts like A2 and Nagoya Food Court are easily accessible by Grab. Cost is around IDR21,600.00. From Batam Ferry Terminal to the hotel cost about IDR37,000.00."

"The overall guest service is excellent with smile and willing to help upon request. One of the room got stains on bedsheets and office change for us in short time. Breakfast is ok for the price paid, don't expect too high.Swimming pool under maintenance, can't use. Overall satisfactory for a budget stay."

"Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. Breakfast is well served in great display and varieties. The most important thing is ”GOOD LOCATION”! walkable to Grand Batam Mall & BCS."

"First time to Batam, hotel location is next to the mall which you may get what you need from mall and shops nearby. The hotel breakfast had variations choice and good. Overall the experience staying in this hotel was great. There is a swimming pool at Level 2 and and massage center inside hotel with reasonable price. If you are coming over follow those youtuber and online recommendations, you are a bit remote and need to go by car. This place may be good for business traveller but for backpacker or light traveller, you may choose to stay near the attractions where you can reach within walking distance."

"Need to change the food for breakfast. Or maybe add something new. Need to be strict when it comes to the use of pool. Most of the people swimming are not in their proper swimwear"

"Convenient location near food courts and shops, about a 15-minute walk to Nagoya Hill Mall, though the route has many uncovered potholes - walk with caution. Contemporary room design but poor housekeeping; towels and slippers were not replaced, and I returned to find no towels on the rack. Breakfast spread is extensive, featuring live egg and noodle stations. Overall, much needed improvement on housekeeping."

"Had a great 3 days 2 night getaway stay at Woda. Breakfast is ala carte dish with freeflow drinks, salad, bread, some fruits and desserts (indonesian salad was super nice). Staffs were very friendly and good hospitality, helped to carry our luggages to room. Walkable distance to Golden Prawn 933 and Richeese area. Need to travel by car to Nagoya or A2 foodcourt area. Would recommend anyone looking for staying more indoor to relax, staycation or getaway from city to stay here."
