"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with check-in and meal arrangements. The indoor and outdoor baths were very relaxing. Breakfast was also delicious. While the facility itself has some slightly older parts, it seems to have been renovated, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. There's no elevator, so if that's a concern, I recommend booking a room on the first floor!"

"The hot spring water was a little hot, just the temperature I liked. There was also a sauna, and it wasn't crowded, so I was able to relax. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the thoughtfulness of having hot water prepared in a kettle beforehand. Since it was January, the beer chilled on the balcony was ice-cold and delicious. The location is good, close to the station, and there are izakayas nearby. However, it was a bit disappointing that the restaurant I wanted to go to was closed on Sundays. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."
