"We have been guests in this hotel every now and then over the last 20 years, always felt welcome, enjoyed the personal and friendly atmosphere and delicious food (in fall every year they had a fantastic game menu!). Obviously, management of this hotel has changed (now managed by Laudinella Group). Not to say it‘s all bad now, but quality has clearly suffered. First, reception is unmanned, so you have to walk to another hotel to check in. Game menu has been cut down to the minimum and all meat imported. Also Grisons dried meat has disappeared from the breakfast buffet. Atmosphere is now anonymous. As mentioned, not really bad, but not the same anymore. Sadly, I feel this was our last visit after 20 years."

"I only spent two nights here, in town for business. The room was small, bed okay but not very comfortable and the lobby had several cats in residence. As someone who is very allergic to cats, I struggled after spending any time in the lobby. The breakfast was nice with lots of choices but the coffee and cappuccino from the machine was terrible. Stick to tea, a wide selection was available."

"A truly amazing stay - Although I traveled alone, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would certainly come back here with friends and family. The hotel is clearly a labor of love, with serious investment and attention to detail being made over the years resulting in an incredibly clean, modern yet charming and traditional space. All of the staff a lovely and very accommodating, giving information on the local area and willing to make bookings and reservations for activities. If travelling for winter sports, it is very much ski-in, ski-out, with just a short run down to the main lift in the morning. Breakfast is continental with eggs cooked to order. Afternoon snacks are offered too which is brilliant and gives opportunity to chat with staff and other residents. St.Moritz is very expensive on the whole (but to be presumed) - Hotel Cervus offered incredible value for money when compared with others in the area. Their mid-week ski deal is not to be missed! Thank you. I will return again!"

The staff members from reception Davide, Lorena and Sergio are extremely welcoming and friendly :) The hotel is located in a beautiful area overseeing the forest and lakes and the view from the spa is breathtaking! 5/5!"

"Highly recommend this hotel! Came with family (they have 5 person spacious room) includes spa (jacuzzi, steamroom, sauna), clean and modern rooms, great dining options (we had cheese fondue and venison), and large breakfast included. We were able to do laundry here too. they have a shuttle to take you into town which we did not use because we had a car. We would stay again! Friendly staff, nice place. Can not get better views!!"
