The location is great as the gondola is just a short walk away. Most importantly, the service is impeccable. From the breakfast servers to the other restaurants, the ski shop, the valets and everywhere else, everyone we interacted with was very friendly, personable and attentive, not a single exception. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel for making it so."

"The reception staff, the room, dinner, and breakfast were all wonderful. The only thing that bothered me was that the red cloth from Hotel Norda, which is shown in the room photos on every booking site, wasn't on the bed, which was a little disappointing. Also, I think it's because I'm Japanese, but I was surprised that there was no door on the shower."
