I love this place for its location near a huge forest great for running and cycling - even on a freezing winter morning! It was a good price, well organised, friendly staff and very clean. It is away from most things near an industrial estate but I chose it for the proximity to the forest and all the trails there :) It was also a simple walk to a small town with pizza and some basics. I didn't have the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive and was too busy running ;)

The rooms are very comfortable and Cosy , nice environment, the hotel is close to the metro station and there are many restaurants around

After a long time, finally an overnight stay in this beautiful hotel. Closed because of Covid, but now open again. Good: Friendly staff, very nicely furnished rooms (especially deluxe rooms and up). Great pillows, fast wifi, good lighting concept, nice terrace, big bathroom. Not so good: Breakfast room a bit cold in terms of a**osphere

It's a fairytale! It took me a lot to decide if to take the risk to travel or not. I'm glad I did take the risk! This is the first holiday when I don't check anything about the place I was going to stay, surrounding area not at all, just wanted to escape London for a bit. From far one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The hotel looks like a museum, incredibly amazing, surprises didn't chased to happen, they have a pool, tennis court, soccer court so many facilities, it's crazy. The room I've stayed, stunning,the view from the balcony took my breath away. It's quite, it's beautiful, it's perfect! Hotel stuff, they couldn't do any better than this, friendly, willing to assist whenever necessary, I felt like home! I've even got an early check in 🤗.Thank you Domenico, Monica, Andrea, Manpreet and everyone else!!! For anyone looking to escape the madness from a busy city like London let's say, this is the best place to be! P.S. make sure you bring mosquitoes spray, as I've mentioned I haven't done any inquiries before coming so, mosquitoes attack wasn't fun at all. I was looking forward to have dinner in the outdoors restaurant which ended up being a nightmare, but it was entirely my fault, the hotel is located on a hill, surrendered by trees obviously you'll have to deal with mosquitoes. First of all, ignore all the reviews older than a year, because it’s pretty much a new hotel. This place should have much higher reviews. It’s a newly refurbished hotel in a great location, only 20-30 minute drive from all the lakes, and 15 minutes to Varese. It includes free parking for all guests. The style of the Hotel is a mix of retro and modern inspired by 50s American diner, with cool neon lights and beautifully tasty furniture with a contemporary feel. We stayed in a Standard Room, which was more than big enough for my wife and I. The bed was massive and comfortable. We were able to ask for two more pillows which they gave us without any hesitation. There is a huge TV, fast Wi-Fi and USB charging ports on either side of the bed. The bathroom is crisp, clean, modern and spacious. Amazing shower with rainfall shower head and handheld option. Sink, bidet and toilet. The usual. Breakfast is also included and is plentiful. Different options to choose from different hams and turkeybreast, cheeses, various sweet options like cookies and pastries. There is a coffee machine that is available 24/7 as well as a fridge with drinks and selection of chocolates and snacks, which works with an Honesty System where you must write down whatever you take. I cannot praise this hotel more that giving it five stars. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing hotels, especially since we stayed for seven nights. We will absolutely be back. Lastly, the best part of the stay were the staff. Every single one of the employees from the receptionists to the housekeeping girls were stupendous and lovely. They made our stay worthwhile. So thanks to all of them. This is an example of how every hotel in the world should be managed :-)

Vorrei sottolineare come primo aspetto che il profumo all'interno di un hotel dovrebbe essere calibrato in quanto ci sono persone allergiche a cui la profumazioni così forte può dare problemi. Ok profumo di pulito, ma un erogatore è esagerato. Dopo il check in ho seguito le indicazioni per raggiungere la camera che era nella struttura esterna e dopo 10 minuti che vagavo ( perché le indicazioni erano vecchie e non chiare a detta dell'hotel ) sono rientrata e mi sono fatta accompagnare dal ragazzo della reception che mi ha confessato che lui non sapeva nemmeno dove cercare la mia camera perché non era mai uscito dalla struttura e non sapeva dove fosse la mia camera. Ho poi cambiato subito camera perché con moquette. Nel momento dell'ordine non era indicata la pavimentazione e ho dovuto aggiungere 10 euro per cambiare camera . Ho trovato poca professionalità e in un hotel a 4 stelle credo non sia ammissibile.

The location is excellent, just a few meters from the coastal road. The (sportboat) port is only 200 metres away, so you can walk on the sea side to the other end of the place to take the ferry there. The hotel is conducted by two business-made ladies, who made me a stick for a single trip room 140 euros, which was clearly too much. Unfortunately, in open windows, sleep is hardly thought, because in about 30 meters away the freight trains pass, if you have the room to the wrong side. The bathroom was newly made, beautiful tiles and a modern shower. Some things, for example, that the water hanger is too close to the washing venue and you can hardly get the hand below it, you still like the Italian charm what has annoyed me: When I sticked to the door frame, I sticked my shirt to the sealing mass that no longer could be removed from the shirt. However, the garden with the pool, Even if it's a little cold from mid-September. Breakfast is Italian. So you should not expect much of it. Unfortunately there was no ordinary cappuccino. On the plus side, Hotel Bazzoni has a wonderful location, a very good view from the room balconies over Lake Como, and a terraced garden going up the hill with several swimming pools and bars. Included breakfast and a buffet supper which was good. The bar on the ground floor is also stunning. On the minus side, ***y things about the hotel are wanting. When we arrived, we were told it was fully booked and our reservation had been transferred to the sister (and much cheaper) hotel Britannia down the road. We were taken down to see it, but the room was dank and nasty, after a hard argument they agreed to reinstate us in Bazzoni. We were also chased on the final day to check out promptly - our Trip.com booking was for 11am check out but we got a call at 10.30 telling us this had been moved forward to 10am and we needed to check out promptly as they had ***y arrivals that day. The room also lacked water, coffee/tea-making facilities and slippers, and everything extra is chargable - including 5 EUR for an additional keycard (non-refundable...) and 2 EUR for a jug of water at supper. On balance, I would avoid this hotel in future - but if you chose it, come ready to argue for what you already paid for.

Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.
