After eating, I felt nauseous when I returned to my room. I thought it would subside after a while, but I vomited in less than an hour. I reported this to the hotel when I checked out, and they called back saying they wouldn't charge me for the meal. However, they later charged me again. After Ctrip intervened, the hotel refused to take responsibility. This is an extremely irresponsible hotel; it's awful. Let me talk about the bathroom. For a five-star hotel, the bathroom has no ventilation. The bathroom door was closed overnight, and when I opened it in the morning to wash up, it stank so badly I couldn't even get in. I had booked a lake-view room on the 33rd floor, and I don't know where the stench came from. I looked closely, and it seems the room's ventilation relies on the bedroom's ventilation, requiring the bathroom to be open 24 hours a day, including when using the toilet. When I opened the bathroom door in the morning, the room was filled with a strong stench that gave me a headache. I had to open the room door to let the air from the hallway in. Strangely, the airflow in the elevator was particularly strong, probably because the stench from each room couldn't dissipate and they needed to rely on the cross ventilation in the elevator.
